HIS STRIPPER, HIS WIFE novel Chapter 113

Chapter one hundred and thirteen

Bianca

“You still haven’t told me about that day,” I said, finally pushing my plate a little to the side. “The day I came to your office and saw you with Victoria. Standing that close to her.”

His jaw tightened slightly, but he didn’t look away. “I wondered when you were going to bring that up.”

“I wasn’t going to,” I admitted. “I already told myself I wasn’t going to take it too seriously. Whatever it was.

“But you still want to know,” he said.

“Yes, I still want to know.”

He set his glass down and leaned forward slightly, his elbows resting on the table. “Victoria came to the office that day without warning. She wanted to talk about something from before, something that has nothing to do with the company or with you. I told her I wasn’t interested in whatever she was trying to bring back up, and she got upset. She grabbed my arm. That’s what you walked in on. Me trying to get her to let go of my arm and warn her not me holding onto her.”

I studied his face as he spoke, looking for the smallest sign of a lie, some hesitation that would tell me he was choosing his words too carefully. I didn’t find one and it lined up with what Amanda had told me before, about how things between Adrian and Victoria were far from good, how there was nothing soft left between them anymore.

“Okay,” I said.

He raised an eyebrow. “Okay? That’s it?”

“What do you want me to say? You explained it, I believe you. I’m not going to sit here and interrogate you all night.”

“I like that about you,” he said, his voice warmer now. “You don’t drag things out.”

I was about to respond when his watch buzzed against his wrist. He glanced down at it, his brows pulling together slightly.

“What is it?” I asked.

“Weather alert,” he said. “Storm warning for tonight. It says we might not be able to leave this place for a while.

“How am I just seeing it, the notification should have been in like an hour ago.”

I laughed a little, shaking my head. “Sure… Very convenient.”

“I’m serious,” he said, turning his wrist so I could see the screen.

“What are you…” I started, but before I could finish, I heard the first patter of rain against the window beside us, soft at first, then heavier within seconds. A second later, thunder rolled somewhere close, loud enough that I felt it more deep inside my ears.

I sat back in my seat, staring out at the rain now streaking down the glass in thick lines.

“Why do you look bothered?” he asked, watching me.

“Because I need to go home, isn’t that obvious?I said.

“But your sister isn’t at home either.” He said.

“That isn’t the problem here.” I rolled my eyes at him.

“This isn’t the first time we will be together.”

“I know that,” I said. “Doesn’t mean it has to always be comfortable.”

“It is,” he said, then paused, his eyes steady on mine. “For me.”

I didn’t know what to say to that, so I did the only safe thing I could think of and rolled my eyes at him again, even though something in my chest had gone warm and stupid at the way he said it.

“Hold on, I will be back.” he said, getting up from his seat.

A room?” I repeated.

“Yeah, for the night until the storm passes, or at least until it’s safe enough to leave. You can also let me know if you want me away from you, so I can get an extra.”

It’s fine,” I said instead, waving it off. “One room is fine.”

We finished eating slowly after that, in no real hurry since there was nowhere for either of us to be. The wine helped loosen whatever tension was still sitting between us, and by the time we were done, the rain outside had turned into something closer to a full storm.

The walk to the guest inn attached to the restaurant was short, but we were both a little damp by the time we got inside, my hair sticking slightly to the side of my face, his shirt clinging to his shoulders, looking at that for me was honestly a little distracting.

The room was simple but nice, warm lighting, a large window that let us watch the storm from somewhere safe and dry. Adrian shut the door behind us, and for a second neither of us said anything, just the sound of rain hitting the glass filling the silence.

I’ll take the bathroom first,” he said, already unbuttoning his damp shirt as he walked.

“They had some of this for sale too.” He pointed to what he was wearing. “You can use the robe.” I got up and went in after him, changing into the robe like he said. It was so firm on my body when I stepped back out, he was sitting on the edge of the bed, watching the rain, the room lit low enough that his face was half shadow, half soft light reflection.

I did, without thinking too hard about it, without letting myself overthink the way I usually did with him. He reached for my hand when I was close enough, pulling me gently until I was standing between his knees, his eyes moving slowly over my face like he was trying to memorize it.

“I meant what I said earlier,” he murmured, his hand sliding up to rest against the side of my neck, his thumb brushing my jaw. “Only you.”

I didn’t answer with words, I answered by leaning down and kissing him first, I didn’t know what came over me. He kissed me back slow at first, careful, like he wasn’t sure if I would pull away, and when I didn’t, when I didn’t, his hand came up to the side of my face and the kiss got deeper.

“I missed you,” he said against my lips. “It almost felt like I couldn’t breathe well without this..”

He kissed me again, slower this time, and his hands moved down my back, pulling me closer until I could feel how hard he already was. He kept talking while he slowly tried to loosen the robe I had tied very tight.

“You feel even better under my hands.”

When we were both bare he laid me back on the bed and settled over me. The rain outside pounded against the windows while he kissed down my neck, over my collarbone, lower. He spent a long time on my breasts, mouth gentle and thorough, then kept going until his tongue found my pussy.

“I missed the way you taste,” he murmured. “How wet you get for me. Fuck, I love this.”

After some minutes, I came with his mouth on me but he didn’t stop until the last tremor left my body. Then he crawled back up and kissed me deep so I could taste myself on his tongue.

He pushed inside me slowly, I could feel how wet I was and he groaned against my neck as he sank all the way in.

“God, you feel so good.” The words he was saying were even turning me on more and I didn’t know what to even say.

He moved carefully at first, long deep strokes that let me feel every inch. His forehead rested against mine and with every thrusts he whispered something else.

“Uhmmmm.” I moaned loudly.

“I love how you sound when I’m this deep, you are so beautiful.”
