"Who wants to sit down and talk with you?!" The middle-aged man slammed his hand on the reception desk. "The internet exposed everything—you're a psycho yourself! You're ruining lives! Pay up!!"
"Yeah! Compensate us!"
"Emotional distress, lost wages, future medical bills—we want every last cent!"
The group shouted in unison, almost as if they had rehearsed it.
Virginia caught onto this detail and couldn't help but furrow her brows.
Among the protesting relatives, two people had remained mostly silent from the beginning, standing at the back of the crowd and occasionally glancing down at their phones.
They didn't look like they were here seeking justice.
But she didn't call them out.
"Please calm down, everyone. I will have my assistant take down each of your contact details and demands."
Her tone was perfectly even, devoid of any emotional ripples. "You will receive a written response within three business days. But until then, please vacate my clinic. There are other patients here, and I ask that you do not disturb them."
When the group refused to accept this and tried to continue their riot, security stepped in and cleared them out of the building.
Holly shut the door, her voice trembling.
"Virginia, I looked into the woman who made a scene this morning. She and her family aren't on our client list at all."
Leaning against the edge of the desk, Virginia remained silent, staring down at the scattered printed papers on the floor.
They were screenshots of trending hashtags and comments, her medical consultation records from years ago, and so-called 'patient complaints' she had never even seen before.
These materials were far too comprehensive. It had only been a few hours since the scandal broke, yet the orchestrator was able to produce such an exhaustive dossier—so complete that it looked like it had been prepared long in advance.

Meanwhile, at the Vanderbilt Group executive office.
When Zachary Cole pushed open the office door, Archer was reviewing the quarterly financial reports.
He hesitated for a moment before handing over the tablet in his hand. "Mr. Vanderbilt, you need to see this."
The screen was locked onto the trending topics page.
