Winona stood there in absolute shock. She turned to Keaton. "Did you do all of this?"

Keaton nodded. "I told you earlier, bad people always get what's coming to them. If we can't reason with her, her own family certainly can."

"When did you even have time for this?" Winona asked.

"After we got off the phone last night, I had some free time," Keaton explained smoothly. "I looked into the situation and realized Penny was going to be a stubborn obstacle. So, I targeted her maiden family. Every time Caroline came to pay her respects in the past, these people enabled Penny and made things difficult. It was time they faced the consequences and turned on each other. Look at them—the second their own bottom line is threatened, they explode. People only care when it's their own skin on the line."

Just as Keaton finished speaking, Mr. Phelps barked at Penny. "Stop your crying! You have no right to shed tears! Get out of the way and let them move the grave in peace! Have some respect for the dead!"
