A Hoplite wished to teach after they showed a Lochagos a much grander version of the Phoneme of The First Tongue!
And first and foremost, because of this...
The booming voice of the Logoseion echoed out with weight that made the plasma sea churn!
"A unique construct of the Phoneme of Fire of The First Tongue has been presented!"
The words resonated through every corner of the chamber.
"The Hoplite has triumphed over Lochagos Theoris the Articulate! His expression of Fire exceeds all recorded variations within the Logoseion archives! This is unprecedented for a newcomer!"
Theoris floated in stunned silence, her vibrant spectacles still reflecting the impossible Seal that burned above Noahโs palm.
"5 MERIT POINTS awarded for winning a debate against someone of higher ranking and showing what has been deemed to be new!"
The voice paused with what might have been curiosity.
"And now, you wish to... teach? What should you be referred to as, Hoplite?"
...!
The voice asked such a question as at this time, on Noahโs toga, the Merit points changed.
Zero became V.
Zero became five.
The first step on a long climb.
Noah looked out at the gathered Glossarians with eyes that held the calm certainty of absolute conviction.
"Osmont. THE Genesis Monarch."
WAA!
He said his distinction out clearly!
The words landed with weight that made several nearby Hoplites take unconscious steps backward. THE Genesis Monarch. Not merely a title, but a declaration of what he was and what he represented.
The booming voice of the Logoseion echoed out again.
"THE Genesis Monarch wishes to make a contribution to the Glossarians. He has proven himself worthy of attention through unprecedented expression of a Core Phoneme."
A pause.
"Permission has been granted to display any novelty and wonder. The Logoseion awaits."
Many eyes went toward him.
Hundreds of Glossarians. Hoplites who had mocked him moments ago now watching with uncertain expressions. Lochagoi who had expected entertainment now leaning forward with genuine interest. Even a few Polemarchs in the distant shadows stirred.
Noah looked back at the masses.
Then he spoke.
"Language is the foundation of reality."
His voice carried across the Logoseion with the weight of absolute truth.
"This is what the Glossarians believe. This is what I know to be true. The First Tongue was not merely discovered. It was the medium through which Existence itself was first expressed. Every Phoneme represents a fundamental concept. Every Logos builds meaning from those concepts. Every Philology weaves those meanings into complex truths."
He let those words settle.
"But at times, the letters of a language are not enough to portray the full immensity of what the language could express."
His eyes swept across the gathered scholars.
"Languages evolve. Languages grow. Languages expand to encompass new ideas that their original creators never imagined. This is the nature of all communication, from the simplest grunts of primitive beings to the most sophisticated expressions of Absolute authority."
His voice grew heavier.
"Sometimes, someone has to rise. Someone has to look at a language and say... this is something I can add on to. This is something I can make more complete. This is something I can elevate beyond what it currently is."
He raised his hand.
"And that is what I wish to do."
The Seal of Fire above his palm pulsed with anticipation.
"I wish to expand The First Tongue."
BOOM!
What!
WHAT?!
The reactions were immediate and overwhelming!
Since they were scholars, nobody erupted in screaming or shouting. The Logoseion maintained its atmosphere of academic dignity even in the face of such outrageous claims.
But the Depths and Immensities of all those present flared!
"Existence is vast and full of wonders."
"Something always needed in a language is the sense of endless immensity that Existence can have. The concept of boundlessness. The idea that there are no limits to what can be achieved, no barriers that cannot be overcome, no horizons that cannot be exceeded."
"And for that..."
The second stroke curved outward, connecting to the first in ways that spoke of expansion without end!
The third stroke folded back upon itself, creating patterns that suggested infinity through elegant recursion!
Stroke after stroke, Noah wrote the Phoneme of Infinity in slow motion!
Each movement was deliberate. Each line was perfect. Each curve carried meaning that built upon the previous curves to create something that had never existed before in the understanding of these ancient scholars.
The Phoneme took shape.
It was not like the 18 Core Phonemes they all knew. It was not a variation or a refinement of existing concepts. It was something genuinely new. Something that filled a gap they had never realized existed in The First Tongue.
And when Noah completed the final stroke...
HUUM!
The Phoneme of Infinity blazed into existence!
All Glossarians looked up with widening eyes of horror and astonishment!
It was real.
It was genuine.
It was a Phoneme of The First Tongue that none of them had ever seen, ever studied, ever imagined could exist!
Ulโmoreth trembled!
The ancient Ginnu Lifeform who had taught Noah the basics of linguistic inscription now stared at something his student had created! His countless hairs rippled with emotion that transcended normal expression! His veiled eyes burned with tears that were not tears but concentrated wonder!
This was what his Little Anomaly had become!
This was what Noah had achieved!
The brilliance of the Phoneme of Infinity cast blue-gold radiance across every face in the Logoseion. It burned with patterns of boundlessness that made observers feel as if they could perceive eternity itself. It was beautiful. It was profound. It was undeniably, impossibly real.
Noah looked at his creation with calm satisfaction.
"For my contribution at this time, I give you the Phoneme of Infinity."
His voice carried across the stunned silence.
"An addition to the letters of Existence. The 19th Phoneme of The First Tongue."
BOOM!
