Noah’s eyes flashed brilliantly at these words from THE Primordial Paradox!
One mustn’t forget.
THE Primordial Paradox was powerful.
Whether as powerful as THE Creature or not was unknown, but he was up there among the most terrifying beings in Observable Existence.
And he was offering to hold Bazuman down.
So Noah simply gave a light nod to show his confidence.
At this time, THE Civilizational Instinctus activated fully.
The sensation was akin to a door opening behind his eyes. Noah’s perception shifted as the capability he’d gained from the Spark Fragment of THE First Cause revealed what lay behind Bazuman’s physical form.
The Secondary Function of Manifestation Observation showed him the Civilization that this Undivided One possessed, the architectural construct that represented everything Bazuman had accumulated across eons of consumption.
What he saw was heavy!
Behind Bazuman’s churning physical form existed a structure that defied conventional description. It appeared as an infinite stomach-archive, a vast cathedral of digestion where countless chambers held the preserved memories of everything Bazuman had ever consumed.
Pillars formed from crystallized recollections supported ceilings that stretched toward infinity. Walls built from accumulated authority separated sections dedicated to different categories of consumed beings!
And everything was connected to core at the center. A pulsing core of pure undifferentiation that served as the heart of Bazuman’s existence.
The Tertiary Function of Structural Analysis identified vulnerabilities within this horrifying Manifestation.
Noah saw cracks in the walls where different consumed memories didn’t integrate cleanly with each other, places where the authority of one devoured being conflicted with the authority of another. He saw pillars that bore too much weight, supporting structures that had accumulated more than they were designed to hold.
He saw fraying connections where Bazuman’s paradoxical nature, remembering while remaining undifferentiated, created stress points that his existence constantly struggled to maintain.
And most importantly, he saw the central weakness.
The core itself was surrounded by a ring of instability where the pure undifferentiation of Bazuman’s core met the differentiated memories that he maintained. That boundary was constantly shifting, constantly struggling to remain coherent, constantly threatening to collapse if sufficient pressure was applied from the right angle.
If Noah could reach that boundary...
If he could flood it with definition...
Bazuman would collapse from the inside out!
As he observed all of this, THE Primordial Paradox moved!
Well, yes and no.
He spoke.
"Who... gave you permission to have Undifferentiated Paradox?"
HUUM!
A few words.
Simple words, even.
And yet, in the next moment, Noah observed as behind THE Primordial Paradox, multiple Embodiments and Apophasis manifestations bloomed by the dozens!
They took on the forms of terrifying conceptual creatures. Paradoxical beasts that existed and didn’t exist simultaneously. Entities that were both predator and prey. Constructs that attacked by being attacked and defended by being destroyed. Lions made of contradiction. Serpents woven from impossibility. Eagles whose wings were forged from statements that canceled themselves out!
And then all of these multiple Embodiments and Apophasis actually flowed into the words THE Primordial Paradox had uttered!
A...stacking of Embodiments and Apophasis?
They merged with his simple question, empowering it, elevating it, transforming it from mere words into a truth that pressed against the fabric of existence itself. Noah felt the power rushing past him like wind from a hurricane!
THE Primordial Paradox truly asked the entirety of the existence of Bazuman...
Who gave it permission to have Undifferentiated Paradox?
The instant his terrifying question was asked, the instant the power of THE Primordial Paradox erupted...
Noah felt another immense pressure permeating all around!
This time it was Paradox. Obsidian-gold authority that pressed against everything with weight that declared contradictions to be law. The pressure of THE Primordial Paradox’s released power exceeded even Bazuman’s sea of undifferentiation, overwhelming the crimson tide with paradoxical authority that simply stated the undifferentiation both existed and didn’t exist, rendering it functionally inert.
And in the next moment...
The horrid body and limbs and echoes of THE Undivided One before them became frozen!
Bazuman’s countless eyes, which had been blazing with hunger moments before, now stared forward without ability to move. Its tentacles, which had been reaching toward Noah with desperate hunger, now hung suspended in positions that defied gravity.
Its churning surface, its Echoes, which had been constantly shifting and revealing faces of consumed beings, now held perfectly still as if time itself had ceased to flow for this entity alone.
Even its Civilization froze!
The Manifestation that only Noah could see, that infinite stomach-archive with its countless chambers and connected core, became still in ways that Civilizations shouldn’t have been capable of. The memories ceased their eternal churning. The pillars stopped bearing weight because weight itself had been placed in paradoxical suspension.
The core at the center continued to exist, but it existed in a state where it both pulled and didn’t pull, where it both consumed and didn’t consume.
It was a terrifying display of power from THE Primordial Paradox!
And the moment this being acted, Noah also made his move!
From the corrupted glimmers of Infinite undifferentiation that had been surrounding Bazuman, from the proto-matter that carried both THE Living Paradox’s corruption and Noah’s scattered Seals, golden pages began blooming!
How dare it take in glimmers of his Infinities when because of it, he could unleash attacks that effectively bloomed inches from his existence?!
THE Transcendent Paradoxical Inscriptiones Dormientes that Noah had moved within the corrupted proto-matter now activated!
They’d been sleeping within the very substance that Bazuman had been using, waiting for the moment when Noah chose to awaken them. The sensation of their activation was like feeling hounds finally released from their leashes, eager and hungry and straining toward their prey!
So he shot.
