Noah opened his eyes.

Time resumed for him, and the frozen posture of his surroundings released into motion. Naldine drifting on his left. Emotive floating on his right with her hair still cycling through the silvers and whites of her last expression.

Midas hovering fat and golden and devoted above his shoulder!

The ruined research archipelago stretched around them, the bodies he had dissected reduced to nothing, the floating tables dissolved back into ambient Infinity.

He voiced out commandingly.

"Send out THE Quintessential Ego of Superbius V1."

His eyes flashed with multicolored Quintessence Infiniforce, the Sandbox’s sealed package releasing through his network in a coordinated burst.

A heavy, Quintessential brilliance fanned outward across every being who carried his Quintessence Infiniforce within them. The brilliance traveled faster than most measures of travel, crossing gigaparsecs in the space between heartbeats, reaching his people wherever they were scattered across THE Infiniverse and beyond!

His Mother, his Son, Barbatos, Amser, Sigrid, Ul’moreth...even Alexsnder and THE Great Usurper!

The Upgrade arrived at every one of them simultaneously, a discrete weaving of engineered Superbius-tier Pride presenting itself for acceptance in each of their existences.

The brilliance reached Midas above his shoulder. It reached Naldine on his left.

It did not reach Emotive as she was not bonded to him through Quintessence Infiniforce in the manner his people were. She was a tool, and tools received instructions, not upgrades.

Midas accepted immediately, the Abomination’s Greed-saturated foundation thickening further.

Naldine began blinking right away.

Her singularity-dotted eyes turned to Noah, and she looked at him with an expression she was clearly trying to keep composed.

"THE Quintessential Ego of Superbius V1? You have begun trying to amplify an Ego already??"

Her incredulity leaked through her attempted restraint. She was trying not to show surprise as she was failing!

Noah nodded lightly.

His reply came with the tyrannical calm of a being stating something obvious.

"It’s just existential amplification of an Ego. THE Gilded Ones aren’t the only ones who can do this. They had a head start...but the underlying principle isn’t proprietary. Amplify an emotion until the emotion becomes a channel...I just brute forced it with Infinity."

He tilted his head toward her slightly.

"Accept the Engineering. Let’s see the changes."

Nearby, Emotive’s hair burst into a riot of electric pinks and sour yellows as she absorbed the words.

The casual dismissal of Gilded Ones as being merely early and not uniquely capable!

When she heard all this, she genuinely wanted to applaud. She wanted to kneel and applaud at the same time, which was a physical impossibility, but she would have attempted it if she thought it would have been well received!

Naldine took a slow breath.

Her golden streaks caught the ambient light as she centered herself, and then she reached into herself and accepted THE Quintessential Ego of Superbius V1.

The integration was rapid.

The package unfurled inside her existence along the channels her Nascent Hadean foundation had already established. Her innate Pride, which had always run deep in her as an ancient Primordial Architect who had become Hadean, surged upward in intensity!

What had been a refined personal certainty blossomed into a foundational conviction. What had been quiet ancient imperiousness became sovereign conviction. Her sense of self expanded until the shape of who she was filled every corner of her own existence with a brilliance she had not previously known her own identity could carry.

Her Civilization cheered.

She could feel it. Her personal Civilization responded to the amplification of her Pride with something that felt almost like joy. Her weavings aligned themselves more tightly around the new configuration. Her Cambrian Word hummed louder against the inside of her being, ready to be spoken with more force than before.

Her conviction sharpened.

Even denser waves of golden Observable Force poured into her alongside the Infinity, filling her Hadean bones and organs with a saturation.

Her radiant white hair, with its rivers of gold, brightened. Her singularity-dotted eyes shone brighter. Her posture straightened, subtly, involuntarily. She floated prouder than before. She floated grander!

The ancient imperious beauty she had always carried took on a new dimension, the sovereign certainty of her amplified Pride visibly adjusting every line of how she held herself.

Noah watched her transformation with calm evaluation.

His thoughts moved through the observations steadily. The first deployment of his Sandbox framework had landed cleanly. The Upgrade had integrated without conflict as the power gain was substantial.

And the subjective experience, judging by Naldine’s visible composure adjustments, matched the projected benefits.
