"Entertain me, O Gilded One!" he roared, his voice surging with a prideful fire that caused the forming suns of his domain to flare with blinding intensity.
"Show me the brilliance of the Braneworld! Show me why I should fear the children and Custodes of THE Magna Sorora...because this is an abysmal fucking introduction. Where is your pride? Where is your power? WHERE?!"
BOOM!
He twisted his body with a violent grace, pulling her inward and delivering a sharp elbow covered by Nearu Absolute Infinity that caught her beneath the chin with the force of a tectonic shift.
CRACK!
The impact wasn’t a clean hit but a brutal explosion of Nearu Absolute Infinity that sent a spray of iridescent, golden-pink blood and teeth across his obsidian-light robes, the scent of her essence being a cloying mixture of ozone and failed perfection.
...!
"...!"
Rani reeled back, her head snapping upward as the prideful strike from a "Bounded bacteria" did the impossible...it caused her actual, visceral pain that her Gilded structure couldn’t immediately ignore!
She let out a scream that was a mixture of agony and disbelief, her galaxy-filled eyes wide with the realization that the hierarchy she’d been born into was being physically dismantled by a man who shouldn’t have been able to scratch her skin!
BOOM!
She tried to retaliate by summoning THE Desidero Whisper through a spinning kick that aimed for his temple, the threads of implanted want clinging to her foot like a shroud of hungry ghosts.
Noah didn’t even bother to block the strike with his hands; he simply leaned into the impact and caught her shin with his shoulder, the weight of her wrath and her lust bouncing off his Superbius Ego without leaving a single mark on his existence.
He grabbed her leg before she could retract it and slammed his fist into the center of her thigh with a blinding slap of infinity, the sound of her muscle tearing and her Gilded femur fracturing being a heavy, textured noise that filled the silence of the void.
Internal Damage to Custos Rani: Gilded Structure Fracture detected.
The target’s Luxuria Empowerment is failing to provide adequate regeneration against the weight of your Pride and Nearu Absolute Infinity.
The subject’s pride is beginning to leak into the surrounding space as ’Information Waste.’
Rani scrambled back across the hardened golden floor, her pink robes now stained with her own hot, iridescent blood that pooled in configurations that looked like maps of a dying civilization.
She began to laugh madly once more, the sound being a gurgling, wet thing as she coughed up a mixture of gold fluid and grey bile, her manic eyes fixed on the man who was walking toward her with the unhurried gait of a king.
"How!? How?!" she shrieked, her voice cracking as she summoned every Pulse she had left into a final, desperate shield of golden Observable Force.
"I am a Custos of the Great Houses! I am the vessel of the Desidero! You are nothing but a mistake in the code of reality! An ant! Something Bounded!"
Noah didn’t answer her with words; he simply closed the distance in a single, terrifying step that warped the space between them into a tunnel of blue and gold fire.
He began to rain down a series of heavy, physical blows that were filled with his superior pride and backed by his infinite light, his fists and palms becoming blinding engines of destruction that smacked and hit her with a rhythmic, brutal cadence.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Each strike was a wet, heavy thud that sounded like a butcher tenderizing meat, his fists crushing her ribs and his palms slamming into her face until her unfathomable beauty was nothing but a ruin of swollen flesh and shattered galaxies.
He smashed her body down onto the golden floor again and again, the surface cracking and splintering under the weight of a Gilded body being treated as nothing but a shitty, good-for-nothing rag doll.
"Is this...the modified engineering you promised for my ’worthless structure’?"
Noah asked, his voice low and dangerous as he stood over her, his hands dripping with her golden blood.
"Is this the best the high-born can do when their toys start to fight back?"
Rani lay in the center of the white sea’s ruin, her body a broken and twitching thing that was barely recognizable as the Custos who had descended from the fracture. She tried to raise her hand to manifest one final Pulse, her fingers trembling with the last remnants of her engineered Lust, but Noah didn’t give her the chance.
He raised his eyes, which were now shining with the terrifying fire of the Absolute, and he began to draw the lemniscate symbol in the air with a finger that was stained with the gold of her life.
He spoke slowly as if an ancient emperor was making his grand decree.
"Infinite Ember," he murmured, his voice sounding like the first spark of a world being born in the dark.
"First Spark of my emergence. I am the Thread. I am the Cause."
"What exists without the fire of painful birth shall know that fire now. Let causality regress. Let existence remember its emergence. Let all that stands without the pained spark of life return to the moment before that spark was possible."
"THE INFINITE LIGHT."
HUUM!
"I won’t kill you, little Gilded one, because your death would be far too loud for the quiet work I have planned for the Braneworld," he murmured, his voice carrying the dry, amused chill of a man who had already decided the fate of countless existences.
"But...I’m going to take the architecture of your Existence and rewrite the laws that govern it, starting with the lie of your own legitimacy."
It reached into the void where her struggles should have been and found only the engineered perfection of a being who had never climbed, and the realization hit Rani’s consciousness with the force of a psychological execution.
She let out a gurgling, wet scream as her very existence began to question its own right to occupy space, the foundational lie of her Gilded standing unraveling as she realized she had no legitimate origin to anchor her against the storm.
Her mind fractured under the weight of the interrogation, the engineered Lust that had sustained her for eons collapsing into a black hole of existential doubt that left her wide open for the next stage of Noah’s work!
Noah didn’t hesitate, for he immediately began to pour his own Quintessence Infiniforce into the cracks of her psyche, shoving the raw power of his Infinite Cause into the spaces where her autonomy used to reside.
He inserted his Infinity into her weavings like a virus, his golden light binding itself to her neural pathways until every thought she had was filtered through the lens of his own sovereign will.
It was a total and absolute consumption of her personhood, a mastery that didn’t just break her body but claimed the very concept of her self as his property.
HUUM!
Rani’s body arched off the golden floor, her back snapping with a loud and textured crack as his Infinity fused with her marrow and her spirit, and then she fell back into the white sea with a dull thud.
The galaxy-filled light in her eyes flickered and then returned, but it was no longer the manic light of a Gilded predator; it was a cold, blue-gold reflection of the man standing over her.
She lay there for a moment while the transitional domain stabilized around them, the crimson-pink clouds turning a darker, more submissive shade of violet as the anchor of the space shifted its loyalty.
Then, with a slow and mechanical grace, the Custos rose from the ruin of her own defeat and knelt at Noah’s feet, her feet touching the cold, golden floor in a gesture of total and absolute surrender.
"Master," she whispered, her voice no longer cold or seductive but hollowed out and filled with the resonance of his own pride.
"I...am the Thread. I am the Cause. Your will is the only light I acknowledge."
Noah looked down at her and felt a dark, pragmatic satisfaction, for he now had a Gilded puppet as his eyes and ears without alerting the Maharanis to the change.
He reached out and placed his hand on the top of her head, his fingers stained with the gold of her recent trauma, and he offered a brilliant, tyrannical smile to the empty void.
"Good. Because...there is so much to be done. So...so much!"
BOOM!
