Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse novel Chapter 5671

Chapter 5671: THE Human Dreamer! III

He turned his attention away from the microscopic simulations and looked up at his own transforming home.

He turned his endlessly blue eyes inward, pulling the Records of his own existence into the empty air.

WAA!

THE True Human Emperor

VERITAS: 59

PROVENANCE: 60

POTENTIA: INFINITE

PONDUS: 51

OSMONTIAN MOIRAI: 80

THE PROVENANCE ESSENCE ECONOMY

Total Generated Capacity: 60

Currently Consumed: 0

Held in Reserve: 20 (Sustaining External Dream Construct)

Temporarily Drained: 10 (Knowledge Retrieval)

Available for Generation: 30

He analyzed the numbers without a fraction of pride or disappointment. His attributes had torn through the wall of fifty, his PROVENANCE sitting heavily at sixty. The sheer conceptual weight he carried now ridiculous!

The economy of his new identity was strict, but vast.

"I have thirty Essences available," Noah stated calmly. "To dream a new dream into the present requires a heavy allocation of reserve. To dream an anomaly into the future requires an argument with probability. But to dream into the past... the timeline is already cemented. The resistance of existence should be negligible as I am not changing anything. I cannot change anything. The past is set as what has happened will always happpen."

He lowered his hands.

"I will initiate a Provenance Dream. I will observe...a beginning."

Noah did not cast an art. He simply lay down on the strands of golden blue dreamscape. He closed his glowing eyes, forcing the physical parameters of the secondary vessel to power down as he went to sleep.

HUUM!

The sixty suns above him dimmed.

From the sleeping, glowing chest of the True Human Emperor, a hazy, translucent silhouette stepped outward. It was THE Provenance Dream Body. It carried no physical density, yet it held the absolute weight of his VERITAS.

Noah looked down at his sleeping form, and then he looked away, asserting his destination.

He simply stopped being in the Realm, and started being somewhere else.

BOOM!

Blinding distortions of existence and time rushed past his perception. He bypassed the white threads of THE Argent Loom. He ignored the ticking hands of the Scales. He descended through the unseen layers of the continuum, pushing through the heavy, rigid weavings of a forgotten Age!

The distortion snapped into absolute stillness.

Noah opened his eyes.

"It is the year nineteen ninety-seven," Noah said, his voice entirely silent to the world around him, heard only by his own mind. "It is eleven fourteen at night as I am standing in a delivery room in City General Hospital. The room smells heavily of iodine, sweat, and biological exertion."

He looked down at his hands. He was wearing faded blue scrubs. He had seamlessly taken on the presence and perception of a male nurse standing in the corner of the room.

Noah looked up.

The room was in a state of controlled chaos. Two doctors and three other nurses rushed around the center bed. Monitors beeped with frantic urgency.

And on the bed, covered in sweat and gripped by absolute physical agony, was his mother.

Amelia Osmont was screaming.

Noah observed the scene with a profound, terrifying detachment...and emotion as he gazed at his mother.

"My father is not here," Noah analyzed, his gaze sweeping the sterile walls. "He is currently several miles away, consuming alcohol in a dimly lit establishment. He is avoiding responsibility. He is missing the only meaningful event he will ever contribute to."

Noah stepped forward, his movements perfectly mimicking the expected routine of a medical assistant.

He looked down at his mother. Her face was pale. Her heart rate was elevated to dangerous levels. The fragility of the human body was on full display.

"She... is composed of carbon, water, and fragile calcium," Noah mused internally. "A single blow from a something with mana would vaporize her instantly. She possesses no authority. She possesses no Dimensionality. And yet, the exertion she is currently enduring is pushing her physical vessel to its absolute breaking point, all to usher a new life into the cold."

A final, piercing cry echoed through the delivery room!

The doctor moved quickly. The chaotic culmination of biology occurred.

A small, bloody, crying infant was brought into the harsh fluorescent light.

Noah looked at the infant. He looked at himself.

"A human infant that is entirely helpless. It cannot hold up its own head. It cannot regulate its own temperature. It is a biological vulnerability. And yet, this exact configuration of matter will one day tear an executioner of the architects in half. It will author weavings. It will wear the crown of existence."

The nurses cleaned the infant rapidly. Amelia fell back against the pillows, panting, tears streaming down her exhausted face. Her arms reached out, trembling with a desperate, overriding instinct.

The doctor placed the wrapped infant into her arms.

Noah stopped moving. He simply watched.

He watched the raw, unadulterated love wash over Amelia’s face. He saw the pain in her body entirely subordinated by the presence of the child. She held the small bundle against her chest, weeping softly, her fragile human existence anchoring itself entirely to the new life.

It was mundane. It was biologically common.

And it was the most unfathomably true thing Noah had ever witnessed.

WAA!

You are observing the root of your own humanity.

You are bearing witness to the unwritten foundation of a Sovereign.

VERITAS: 59

VERITAS: 60

VERITAS: 61

His Trueness shot up, climbing simply from the act of understanding his own beginning!

The other nurses stepped back to adjust the monitors.

Noah stepped forward. He reached out with hands that had severed the seams of Immense Ones, and he gently took a fresh cloth to help clean the remaining blood from the infant’s brow.

Time passed as the baby was crying. It had just defecated itself. It was the absolute lowest rung of existence.

Noah changed the diaper with methodical, clinical precision.

"Such a mundane thing," Noah thought, his endless blue eyes locking onto the squalling infant. "It defecates. It requires constant maintenance. The human potential is a grand, terrifying contradiction. It begins in the dirt, and it ends on a throne."

Noah finished wrapping the blanket. He looked up, meeting the exhausted, tear-filled eyes of his mother.

He spoke, using the vocal cords of the nurse, projecting a gentle, practiced warmth.

"Have you decided on a name, Ma’am?" Noah asked.

Amelia looked down at the infant. She brushed a thumb across the baby’s soft cheek.

"He is my comfort," Amelia whispered, her voice cracking with emotion. "He is my safety in all my times of need. He is my star. He is my peace."

She looked back up at the nurse, a tired, beautiful smile breaking across her face.

"His name will be... Noah. Noah Osmont."

HUUM!

The room buzzed with a frequency only the True Human Emperor could hear.

Noah nodded slowly. He stepped back, allowing the mother and child to exist in their quiet, perfect sanctuary.

He activated THE Protagonist’s Omniscient Regard. He turned the analytical weight of a Sovereign directly onto the infant version of himself.

Infant Noah Osmont

VERITAS: Blank

PROVENANCE: Blank

POTENTIA: INFINITE

PONDUS: Blank

Noah stared at the panel.

The stats were entirely blank. The infant was far too weak, far too unformed to hold any measurable values of truth or weight. It was a blank page.

But the POTENTIA was not blank.

Even here, in the sterile light of a hospital room, wrapped in a soiled blanket and completely devoid of authority, his POTENTIA was INFINITE.

Noah stood in the corner of the room, his detached mind accelerating as it processed the sheer magnitude of the paradox.

"Even when I was just born, my potential was infinite," Noah narrated, the hazy blue-gold clouds of his true existence pressing faintly against the edges of the nurse’s body.

He looked at the infant, and the infant seemed to look back, staring blindly into the fluorescent lights.

"Is this a linear progression?" Noah asked himself, "Was my potential always infinite? Did I possess the capacity the moment I took my first breath?"

He tilted his head, his endlessly blue eyes analyzing the flow of time.

"Or is my potential infinite because I am standing here now? Is it infinite because a True Human Emperor has traveled backward across the continuum, observing his own birth, and by the simple act of looking, I have forced existence to overwrite the infant’s future with my present?"

It was the ultimate closed loop.

"Am I...the architect of my own beginning?" Noah asked softly!

"My mother is being discharged," Noah said calmly, floating beside a rusted sedan in a hospital parking lot.

"It has only been one day. The healthcare infrastructure of this era operates on a framework of financial extortion. She does not have good insurance. Therefore, she is forced to carry her healing body and her newborn child back to a dilapidated apartment alone."

"You missed it," Amelia yelled, her voice heavy with exhaustion and betrayal. "You missed the birth of your own son!"

"My father is a coward," Noah mused, his voice echoing only in his own mind. "He cannot bear the weight of his own life, so he avoids it entirely. He simply doesn’t care."

"Humans engage in destructive behavior," Noah noted, his endlessly blue eyes reflecting the pathetic, weeping form of his father.

"They are unable to stop themselves. They try to change, but they never do. They believe that feeling remorse alters the physics of the damage they cause. They believe that crying makes it okay. It...never does."

"I Am... hungry!" the toddler demanded.

The first words were I Am!

"He does not talk much," the teacher explained gently. "He prefers to play by himself. He is hyperactive, yet completely withdrawn. We worry his development might be stunted. He is showing early signs of being on the spectrum, Mrs. Osmont. We may need to start him on medications, and I have a pamphlet here..."

"No," Amelia said firmly, standing up and taking her son’s small hand. "He is fine. And I will take care of him."

"She defends me against the labels of her own society," Noah analyzed. "It is an illogical defense based entirely on biological devotion. It is profoundly beautiful."

"Love," Noah stated, floating in the corner of a high school hallway. "It is a collection of human emotions and chemicals. It is a biological imperative designed to ensure the continuation of the species. It is... very unique."
