Thalia hesitated. Her golden aura spiked defensively as Rosalia floated over, placing a pale hand on her daughter’s shoulder.
The Patriarch clenched his fist! He descended from his golden pillar as a massive golden doorway tore open on the mountain grounds directly where Noah and Thalia stood!
Heavy steam instantly released from the fracture. It was a blistering, conceptual heat that could scorch anything below fifty attributes to absolute ash! The Patriarch stood beside the doorway and motioned toward it, demanding the human to enter.
Noah looked at Thalia.
"I should be okay," Noah stated. "We will just go talk."
He did not wait for her to object as he stepped forward and walked through the scorching doorway fearlessly as behind him, Thalia’s eyes shone with absolute conviction!
Noah appeared in a localized pocket of extreme conceptual density.
It was a type of primordial spring filled with scorching steam! Golden waters bubbled violently like liquid lava, glistening with raw Provenance! As Noah looked around, he felt tremendous power radiating from the environment. He looked through the clear golden waters and saw dozens of pristine golden skeletons resting at the bottom!
The Patriarch came through the doorway. His ornate robes fell away, replaced by a simple white towel wrapped around his waist. He walked directly into the blistering spring, revealing a towering, wildly muscular figure scarred by epochs of conflict.
He sat down grandly as the golden lava washed over his chest.
He relaxed back against the rocky edge as heavy waves of steam spilled out and closed his eyes.
"What are you doing?" The Patriarch’s voice boomed out. "Get in, my supposed son in law."
Noah did not delay. He gazed at the ancient skeletons down below as he took on the full, unbothered majesty of THE PROVENANCE DREAM FRAME. His stellar blue-gold body glowed with absolute authority as he stepped into the liquid gold.
Cascading prompts immediately flooded his vision!
You have entered THE Vasiliou Primordial Spring.
The pristine golden skeletons below are the remnants of extremely powerful Provenance Lifeforms of the Vasiliou Lineage.
Any entity possessing attributes below 50 will be scorched out of existence.
Bathing in these waters allows one to steadily raise their attributes by a maximum of 5 in all areas.
Noah felt the burning liquid attempt to invade his pathways. It was a massive transfer of thermal and conceptual energy. He assimilated it flawlessly. He felt nothing but the biological data of rising temperature.
Ahead of him, the Patriarch opened his eyes.
"I am Aurelius Vasiliou," the man introduced himself, his voice holding the crushing weight of a sovereign.
"I am the current arbiter of the Vasiliou Provenance. I am burdened with my own glorious purpose. But it does not matter. You have said some interesting things regarding your origins. You may not even understand what it actually means to say that you were not born a Provenance Lifeform."
Aurelius leaned forward as his crimson goatee glistened with golden steam.
"Have you heard of Atlas?"
"No," Noah replied, his tone perfectly flat and devoid of awe. "I do not know of any Atlas."
"Atlas was a Provenance Lifeform who engineered, invented, and built impossibilities," Aurelius detailed, his words constructing a terrifying visage within the misty cavern.
"Even though he was not one of Those Who Remain, he moved around them as equals. He engineered the very concept of Elsedimensions. He invented the art of cultivating tiers of Provenance Bodies and many other arts. He forged weapons that could extinguish Provenance Lifeforms with a single swing!"
"Through his ingenuity and absolute inventions, he was even able to aid an existence to become an Immense One. But the most unique thing about this being was that he held no lineage of Provenance Lifeforms behind him. He was completely alone. The one secret that was known across the highest echelons of reality was that he was not born a Provenance Lifeform. He left behind many things as they can be found in Elseworlds that no Immense Ones can enter."
"Where did he go?" Noah asked calmly.
