THE Enduring Gu Elsedimension Ring rested quietly against Noah’s skin, and Atlas stood within his illusory projection with his arms folded across his chest.
The ancient engineer looked at Noah’s hands, then looked up at his face with a sharp, dry squint.
|The true work, the work that makes Those Who Remain look at you and wonder what kind of monster walked out of the dark, begins when you stop looking at foreign stones and start looking at your own meat.|
Noah sat cross-legged on the starlight slab, listening as the records within the illusory ring turned.
|To survive what is coming, you have to engineer your own existence,| Atlas continued, his voice echoing through the hollow cavern.
|Long before I built rings, I designed THE Sovereign Genesis of Weighted Origin. The premise was simple enough for even a thick-skulled lifeform to grasp. You do not ask the continuum for power. You demand it by inviting the entire weight of existence to collapse onto your own flesh.|
The projection traced a line down its own translucent chest.
|You take THE Primordial Source, Infinity, THE Argent Loom, Time, Dimensions, Observable Existences, and the imperceivable layers drifting beyond the Seam, and you call all of them down onto your cells at once. Every single cell acting as an anvil. An existence that refuses to be flattened under that pressure is forced to generate its own authority just to hold the sky up, and the sheer adversity refines what it generates. Survive that crushing weight, cycle it through your foundation, and you produce the true tiers of a Provenance Body.|
Noah listened, his eyes steady as memory moved through his thoughts.
He remembered the sacred pool and Thalia Vasiliou standing beside him, offering him the ancient techniques of her lineage. She had guided him toward the blueprints of that very art before he had cast out every borrowed framework, refusing to build his future on an inherited template.
Noah looked up at the projection and nodded slightly.
"I learned of that art," Noah said, "And I reworked it into my own technique. THE Infinite Provenance Baryogenesis. But I did not use cells as the anvil. I went smaller. Smaller than cells, smaller than molecules, smaller than atoms. I chose to land the entire weight of existence on a single quark, and I made it bear that weight alone. Two hundred decillion quarks, each one refined individually."
...!
The projection of Atlas froze!
The old man did not move. The faint hum of the engineer in the ring stuttered, the lines of his translucent face pulling tight as he stared at Noah as if the human had just grown nine heads carved of burning stone.
|Hah,| Atlas let out a dry laugh, shaking his head in disbelief. |What did you just say?|
The old engineer leaned forward, his eyes scanning Noah’s physique with sudden, furious intensity.
|How have you not exploded yet? A cell was the absolute minimum threshold of structural matter I ever dared experiment with to bear that kind of load! A cell has membrane, it has internal mechanics, it has room for energy to circulate! Anything smaller and the localized physics shear apart under the pressure. You definitively explode! How the fuck did you not pop like a balloon the second you invited Existence to press on a subatomic particle?!|
HUUM!
Noah looked down at his open palm, where faint blue-gold sparks pulsed beneath the skin, reflecting on the foundation he had forged.
"My Teloi," Noah said calmly. "When I executed Baryogenesis, I did not leave the quarks as empty matter. Every single one of my two hundred decillion quarks was infused with my nine Teloi. Quintessence, Existence, Paradox, Chaos, Adversity, Apocalypse, Mana, Harvest, and Tyranny. They were my own version of Causes, generated from my own Provenance. They locked the mass into an immutable lattice. When the weight of existence crashed down, the Teloi held the structure upright."
Atlas stared at him in complete silence.
The old man ran a translucent hand over his face, letting out a long, ragged breath that sounded like grinding pebbles.
|Causes,| Atlas muttered, shaking his head. |You stumbled into success through pure, obstinate madness. Yes. Causes, or whatever homegrown equivalent your Teloi represent, are the only structural anchors in existence capable of providing stability when you invite reality to crush you. If your quarks had been bare matter, your existence would have smeared across the void in less than a microsecond. But you anchored them with sovereign intent.|
|It is good that you survived. Because the entire purpose of hammering your body into a Provenance Body was never just so you could take a punch from a Descendant. A sturdy physique is cheap. The true goal of that refinement was to build a foundation that could withstand Existential Engineering.|
|This is Existential Engineering,| Atlas said, his voice dropping all mockery as he gestured toward the glowing figure.
|You stop viewing your body as a bag of meat and blood, and you begin treating your physical vessel as the ultimate engineered relic. You inscribe Existential Narrative directly across your own anatomy. Your own Narrative, etched permanently into the bedrock of your flesh.|
|Imagine it, Dreamer. You do not simply swing a fist and hope your numbers outweigh the enemy. You engineer a Narrative Inscription across the bone of your index finger that dictates absolute combustion, so that a simple flick of your hand causes the surrounding existence to ignite into ash. You carve an inscription into the heel of your foot that commands absolute stillness, so that a single stomp halts the local flows of time across an entire Dimension.|
|To achieve this, you cannot use common words or mortal runes. You must engineer your flesh using the Languages of Existence. The Tongues. THE Primordial Tongue, THE Infinite Tongue, THE First Tongue, THE Argent Tongue, or whatever sovereign dialect acts as the direct translator between living intent and the fabric of reality. You use these Tongues to write the sentences that reality is forced to obey!|
