Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 130

After getting Vivica back to the west villa, Leopold immediately summoned the family doctor.

The doctor examined her and shook his head, looking helpless.

“Mrs. Vivica’s symptoms aren’t indicative of any known illness. It appears to be some kind of temporary psychosis brought on by a neurological disturbance.”

He looked puzzled. First Finley, now Vivica. What was with all these bizarre, untreatable conditions? Had the family crossed someone they shouldn’t have?

“Just tell me how to fix it!” Leopold demanded.

“I don’t have any medication for this,” the doctor said apologetically. “The best I can do is administer a sedative and observe her condition.”

“Then do it,” Leopold ordered.

The doctor retrieved a sedative from his medical bag and gave it to Vivica. Within minutes, she began to calm down, eventually drifting into a deep sleep.

After the doctor left, Honora noticed something glinting on the sofa. “Leopold, look at this.”

Leopold squinted. “A silver needle?”

Honora’s hand flew to her mouth in a perfect imitation of shock.

Just then, Leopold’s phone rang. It was Finley.

He answered, and his brother’s voice came through, tense and serious.

“Leopold, have you seen Twitter?”

“No,” Leopold complained. “Mom dragged me over to apologize to that brat Larissa this morning. Not only did she refuse to accept it, but she caused a huge scene.”

“Forget about that for a second,” Finley said urgently. “The story about you having Kitty tamper with the evening gown is all over the internet. I’ve had the PR team working overtime to get it taken down, but the damage is already done. Starlight Media’s stock is taking a hit. You need to contact Kitty immediately and have her release a statement taking full responsibility. Do whatever it takes to calm your fans down.”
