Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 354

Vivica, anxious to proceed, urged them forward. “Finley, Honora, please show Helena and Lucius the way.”

“Of course,” Finley replied. “This way, please.”

Jagger shot Larissa a venomous look. “You’re dead today, you little bitch.”

Larissa remained unfazed.

Josette cast a resentful glance in her direction before following her husband.

Lucius studied Larissa’s unyielding expression. He had a sinking feeling that Paxton’s family hadn’t secured the victory they thought they had. They were being played.

“Come, Lucius,” Helena said, loud enough for Haskell to hear. “Don’t mind the Palmer boy. He’s a cripple now. Regal City belongs to you.”

It was a message for both Haskell and Larissa. The Lincoln family was not afraid of a broken man.

After the Lincolns had followed Finley and Honora inside, Vivica turned to Larissa. Bolstered by the presence of her new allies, her fear had vanished. “Larissa,” she sneered, “you’d better be on your best behavior this time. You know the consequences if you’re not.”

She then hurried to catch up.

Larissa chuckled and turned to Haskell. “Haskell, what kind of consequences do you think she means? Are they tasty?”

“Not if you’re the one eating them,” he replied with a smile. “But they can be quite satisfying to serve to others.”

“I agree,” Larissa said. “In that case, let’s feed them to someone else.”

“Coming!” Avril shouted back, grabbing her friends and hurrying to catch up.

When they entered the west wing villa, Vivica had Leopold placed on the sofa. Paxton was already there, his face pale, dressed in a loose-fitting medical gown.

“Dad, what’s wrong?” Honora asked, alarmed.

“That bastard Neville stabbed him!” Vivica spat, then whirled on Larissa. “Stop wasting time and wake Leopold up!”

She then glared at Avril and her friends. “And why did you bring all these people? You’re here to work, not to host a party!”

This time, Larissa dropped the act. A mocking smile played on her lips. “They’re here to add to the chaos.”
