Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 825

Since it was the lunch rush, a crowd of employees had gathered around the lobby's front desk. Larissa couldn't see who was shouting, but she recognized the voice immediately.

"Torrin Dillon, what are you doing now?" she called out wearily as she walked through the automatic glass doors.

Torrin, who was being held back by security, turned at the sound of her voice. The anger on his face instantly melted away, replaced by a delighted grin when he saw it was Larissa.

"Larissa! What are you doing here?" he asked, before his expression soured again. "Wait, are you here to see Haskell?!"

The receptionist chimed in, exasperated. "Ms. Judson comes here every day to treat Mr. Palmer's legs."

"What?! Every day? To treat his legs?" Torrin's face grew darker, and his voice rose. "How does she treat them? Does he have to take his pants off for it?"

His question sent a ripple through the crowd, and the employees shot Larissa complicated looks.

The receptionist immediately fired back, "What kind of thing is that to say? When you go to the doctor for a shot in the hip, you pull down your pants. What's the big deal? Besides, Ms. Judson is Mr. Palmer's fiancée. Why are you making a fuss? You have no relationship with her whatsoever, so what gives you the right to say things like that?"

Larissa came to the Palmer Group daily, and though she only ever offered the receptionist a polite nod, she was surprised to find the woman defending her so fiercely.

Torrin, realizing his words might cause trouble for Larissa, backtracked. "That's not what I meant… I'm just… upset."

Just then, the doors of the private executive elevator slid open, and Crispin emerged, pushing Haskell's wheelchair.

Haskell's appearance immediately captured everyone's attention, especially the newer female employees, who gasped in quiet admiration.

"Oh my God! He's even more handsome than the rumors say!"

"I'm so lucky to work at the Palmer Group! Just getting to see Mr. Palmer's face occasionally is worth it!"
