Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 860

Larissa's accusation made the middle-aged man flinch for a split second, a flash of guilt in his eyes. But he quickly covered it with rage, his face flushing red as he roared, "What the hell are you talking about! My wife and son are dead, and you dare to slander me! You damn, heartless animal!"

The two elderly people also began to wail dramatically. "Everyone, look at this shameless tramp! Our daughter-in-law and grandson died because of her company's product, and now she's trying to frame us! She wants to destroy our whole family!"

Viewers were flooding into the live streams, and after hearing what Larissa just said, the comment sections erupted:

[WTF! Does Larissa have a conscience? How can you say that to someone who just lost his wife and child!]

[Is it possible she's telling the truth? I thought I saw the guy look a little guilty.]

[You corporate bootlicker upstairs. How can you sympathize with a billionaire? The man just lost his wife. You can't talk to someone like that, no matter what!]

[But the investigation isn't even finished, and this guy is already causing a scene. There are so many plot twists in the news these days. I'm not taking sides yet!]

[The Judson family is rich and powerful. Who's to say they haven't bought off the police? You can't even trust the official investigation results!]

[Which is why Larissa is livestreaming to prove her own innocence! If Judson Pharmaceuticals was really at fault, I doubt she'd have the guts to do this. I'm just gonna wait for the official report. Not taking sides is the smart move.]

[Is it just me, or does it feel weird that the husband keeps saying 'my wife and son' instead of 'my wife and child'? Something's off.]

Larissa felt no remorse. Instead, she stated coldly, "Whether or not your family is profiting from this tragedy, you know the truth in your own hearts."

While Haskell was investigating the shady dealings at Haven Health and HumanaMed Group, she hadn't been idle. She had investigated the single fatality resulting from the equipment malfunction.

Mixed in with the crowd of onlookers were informants reporting back to Lucius.

After learning from his men that Larissa had started a live broadcast in front of all those reporters, Lucius had someone bring him a laptop and opened one of the media streams.

He watched the unflappable Larissa on the screen, his eyes filled with hatred.

Let her make a scene. Let her struggle. He was eager to see how she would solve the crisis.
