Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 1065

Aaron gave a low laugh.

“You can be surprisingly perceptive sometimes.”

At least she understood that he would never let her go.

Yara’s heart sank.

“Then can you please not kill him?”

She had overheard everything.

She was terrified.

“He’s been working against me for a long time.”

Aaron did not answer directly, but the refusal was obvious.

That was the difference between possession and love.

If Aaron had truly loved Yara, he would never have considered hurting her family.

Yet now, he was ignoring her pleas entirely.

Yara closed her eyes in anguish.

“I looked into the Wright family,” Aaron said. “None of them treated you well.”

“Even Evan was only marginally better than the rest.”

He was supposedly the family member who had treated her best, but Aaron was unimpressed.

Yara had been born a daughter of the Wright family, yet she had lived far worse than Fiona.

As far as Aaron was concerned, a family like that was not worth caring about.

But his woman was too softhearted.

The Wright family had treated her terribly, yet she had never truly resented them.

She was nothing like his sister.

Whenever Stella was wronged, she fought back like a cornered tiger.

Thinking about it now, Aaron decided there was nothing wrong with Stella’s temperament.

At least she knew how to protect herself.

Yara was different.

She remembered the smallest kindness and carried it with her for the rest of her life.

“Shut up,” Yara snapped.

She did not want to hear another word from him.

“You still dare provoke me?”

Yara said nothing.

As they approached Eirden’s airspace, Evan finally broke the silence.

“Once we arrive, stay away from Felix. He’s extremely manipulative.”

Felix had won Stella’s heart once before.

That still worried Evan.

Stella could be too trusting when it came to the people she cared about.

If Felix tried to manipulate her again, there was no telling what might happen.

Stella laughed mockingly.

“What right do you have to say that?”

He was warning her to stay away from Felix?

Who did Evan think he was to her now?

Of all people, he had the least right to tell her whom she could speak to.

Her words made Evan’s chest ache.

“I know nothing I say matters to you anymore. But you know exactly what kind of man Felix is.”

He only hoped Stella would remember what Felix was truly capable of.

“I’m not sure I’ve ever seen all of him,” Stella replied.
