Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 107

Chapter 107

Over the past few months since Felix returned, if Steven’s accident and Summer’s pregnancy hadn’t kept Dora tied up, she probably would’ve already sent someone to the Hernandez family to start setting things

And Fiona knew that perfectly well.

Stella arched a brow. “You can warn me when you’re in position to do it. Right now…”

She deliberately let the words trail off, her smile widening,

Under Fiona’s increasingly livid expression, Stella finished lightly, “Right now, you’re nothing, Just a clown.”

“Stella, you’ve gone too far!”

The words just a clown completely set Fiona off.

The elevator stopped at the first floor, where a few other people were getting out.

The moment the doors opened, Fiona stormed off, furious enough to explode.

That damn Stella. Since when had her mouth gotten so sharp?

In the underground parking garage, Gray pushed Stella out of the elevator.

She seemed to be in a fairly good mood.

Gray glanced at her. “There’s no way Mr. Hernandez would ever go for Fiona, right?”

“That has nothing to do with us,” Stella said with a faint smile.

She was grateful that Felix had chosen to help her with the matter involving Summer, but as for his personal life, she had no intention of commenting on it.

A message came through on Gray’s phone.

He checked it, then said, “Summer just went to see Mrs. Bailey, but Mrs. Bailey probably doesn’t have time to deal with her right now.”

“Good,” Stella said coolly.

Hadn’t Summer always acted so smug because she had a mother she could rely on?

Now…

Stella let out a faint, mocking laugh. “Turn up the pressure on Summer too.”

Gray nodded. “Understood.”

They had just reached their parking spot.

Just as Stella was about to get into the car, more than a dozen bodyguards suddenly appeared and surrounded it from all sides.

She recognized the man leading them. He was one of the Bodyguards who had often accompanied Evan to major summits and events.

Gray’s expression darkened, and his hand immediately moved toward his waist.

Felix’s men looked just as dangerous.

The atmosphere between the two sides instantly turned explosive.

The lead bodyguard stepped forward. “Mrs. Wright, Mr. Wright asked us to take you back to Inkwood House.”

“And what if I don’t go?”

“Mrs. Wright, please don’t make this difficult for us,” the man replied in a formal tone.

Gray said coldly, “Miss, we don’t need to waste words with them.”

Stella lifted a hand, cutting him off before he could finish.

Her gaze turned icy as she looked at the lead bodyguard.

He added, “After all, you and Mr. Wright are still married.’

Stella let out a cold laugh.

Just as the standoff was reaching its breaking point, Evan arrived.

His face was dark as he shoved Gray aside and reached for Stella, intending to help her up.

Gray flew into a rage and shoved Evan away.

Caught off guard, Evan stumbled straight into his own bodyguards.

The tension between both sides dropped to freezing.

Gray had already drawn his gun and aimed it straight at Evan.

“Mr. Wright, step aside.”

The moment he saw Gray pull a gun on him, something dangerous flashed through Evan’s eyes.

“What are you all standing around for?” he barked. “Move!”

This was Harbor City.

Did they really think they could threaten him here without knowing who he was?
