Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 194

Chapter 194

The air in the hospital room went completely still.

Summer’s face changed instantly.

Dora’s expression wasn’t any better.

“You… what did you just say?” Dora asked, her voice tight. “She was never taken in yesterday?”

Fiona snapped, “No. She never went in. Felix picked her up halfway.”

Dora and Summer both froze.

Fiona continued, her voice trembling with anger, “He went himself Personally. What exactly is Stella to him? He’s discussing a marriage alliance with me, and at the same time he’s protecting her like this?”

At this point, Fiona had completely lost it.

It had already infuriated her enough that her brother kept protecting that nobody from an orphanage.

And now-

Felix was doing the same.

Mrs. Leedon had been working hard to arrange an alliance between their families, and yet he was still tangled up with Stella.

Dora’s chest tightened with rage. “That bitch!”

The thought made her dizzy.

Felix had taken Stella away himself.

How ridiculous.

Just this morning, they had still been talking about applying more pressure, making sure Stella would never

get out.

They had even planned for her to die in there.

And now?

She was out, living freely.

Summer, who had been silent until now, finally spoke. “Are you just going to let this go? You like Felix, don’t you?”

Fiona’s eyes turned cold. “Of course not. I won’t let that bitch get away with this.”

How dare Stella try to take Felix from her?

She would pay for it.

Just then, the attending doctor walked in. “Mrs. Wright.”

The moment there was an outsider present, Dora and Summer both suppressed the hatred on their faces.

“What is it?” Dora asked

“Dylan’s condition isn’t looking good. You should come take a look.”

Dylan Summer and Steven’s child.

At those words, tears instantly welled up in Summer’s eyes again.

Dora’s vision darkened. She nearly fainted.

Everything was falling apart.

One problem after another.

All tangled together.

And at the center of it all-

Stella.

Summer and Dora hurried after the doctor, Fiona following close behind.

At the dinner table-

Evan looked exhausted, his expression heavy.

It was obvious the situation at Wright Group was serious.

Stella acted as if she didn’t notice, quietly eating her food.

Tonight’s dinner had clearly been prepared with extra care.

After the recent incidents with her meals, Evan had stationed guards directly in the kitchen.

If anyone dared tamper with her food, they would be dealt with on

on the spot.

Under those conditions, no one dared try anything.

No matter how tempting the reward, it wasn’t worth their lives.

“Drink some of the soup,” Evan said.

Stella: “…”

Another blood-nourishing soup.

“Your period should be over by now, right?” he added.

Stella’s hand paused mid-motion.

Then she looked up at him.

The words period felt especially ironic between them right now.
