Chapter 360
Lucas and Leon could both tell how embarrassed Dora was.
Lucas quickly said, “Evan drank too much. We brought him back. We’ll help him inside first.”
As he spoke, the two of them started to help Evan in.
But when they passed Dora, she grabbed Lucas by the sleeve. “Wait.”
“What is it, Mrs. Wright?”
“Take him to a hotel instead,” Dora said, sounding awkward.
The house had been turned upside down by Stella, and Evan had already been injured today.
That bitch had come back for revenge. She had come back to torture them.
Dora had already lost one son.
Her granddaughter was gone too.
Now she did not want anything to happen to Evan. So even if he had to stay at a hotel, she would not let him stay here.
That bitch liked burning things, didn’t she?
Then let her try burning down every hotel in Harbor City too. Let her cut off every last way out.
Dora had already made up her mind.
So what if all the properties under the Wright family’s name were gone?
Tomorrow, she would take Summer and Fiona to stay at a hotel.
If Stella wanted to keep making trouble, she could do it alone in this house. Dora was done playing along.
If she could not win, then she could at least avoid her, couldn’t she?
In the past, Dora never would have imagined herself hiding from Stella.

But now, she had truly been forced into a corner.
Just wait.
Once the police found evidence that Stella had killed the baby, she could spend the rest of her life behind bars.
Thinking of that made Dora feel slightly better.
However, she did not notice the strange looks on Lucas’s and Leon’s faces.
Leon, especially, had no idea how to say it.
He kept looking at Lucas.
Lucas felt his scalp prickle too. He also did not know how to explain.

“I’ll have to trouble you two, then,” Dora added when she saw that neither of them had moved.
Right now, she absolutely would not give Stella and Evan another chance to be together.
Even if Stella refused to divorce, she could forget about having anything to do with Evan again.
With that attitude of hers, Dora would never let her keep the title of Wright family daughter-in-law.
Lucas looked troubled.
When Dora saw that they still were not taking Evan away, she finally sensed something was wrong.
“What is it?” she asked.
Lucas said, “It’s like this, Mrs. Wright. Right now, none of the hotels outside will take Evan.”
Dora froze.
Leon nodded too. “Yes. We originally planned to take him to a hotel, but we tried several places, and none of them would accept him. So we had no choice…”
Leon did not finish the sentence.
He and Lucas could both see it now.
Dora was determined not to let Evan and Stella make peace. She would rather have Evan stay in a hotel than let him stay at the old estate.
Unfortunately, Dora had planned everything.
But Stella had also thought of everything she needed to think of.
Dora stared at them in shock. “No hotel will take him? What kind of joke is that?”
The Wright family’s status in Harbor City went without saying.
How could anyone possibly dare refuse a member of the Wright family?
Lucas said, “I know this is hard to believe, Mrs. Wright. We didn’t want to believe it either.”
“But the fact is, no hotel dares let Evan check in.”
Dora fell silent.
No hotel dared let Evan check in?
“Was it Stella?”
In an instant, Dora felt her blood pressure spike with rage.
That damned bitch.
“Did Felix help her?”
