Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 584

Chapter 584

Having their work tied together had already created endless conflict between them.

Now, it was even better. During the day, they fought because of the chores. At night, when that anger still had nowhere to they kept fighting in the room where they were supposed to sleep.

‘Aren’t you afraid they’ll get together and discuss how to deal with you?” Jennifer asked.

Stella said, “They can’t agree on anything, and they don’t have the energy.”

“That’s true.” Jennifer nodded.

After fighting all day and continuing at night, how could they still have the energy to plot against Stella?

Saying they might gather together to plan something was already giving them too much credit.

Those people only cared about their own interests. How could they possibly think that far ahead?

So as for Jennifer’s worry that they might team up against her, Stella was not afraid in the first place. Besides, those womer simply did not have that kind of patience or strategy.

The only one who could keep her composure was probably Mrs. Mendes, who had always stayed by Ruby’s side.

But Mrs. Mendes was old, and over the past few days, Summer had worn her down too. She was probably full of resentment now, especially given Summer’s attitude toward her.

Even if Mrs. Mendes had an idea, she might not be willing to help Summer anymore.

After all, at a time like this, Summer would never treat her like a human being.

Upstairs, Stella and Jennifer talked until after eleven before finally falling asleep.

Down in the basement, the conflict never stopped.

Dora would find any excuse to beat Summer. After working all day, if this had been before, she and Fiona would have fallen asleep long ago.

But tonight, Summer was in the same room as her.

As soon as Dora saw Summer, she thought of Steven being killed by Summer and Frank.

She thought of the child Summer had given birth to, a child who might not even belong to the Wright family

The more Dora thought about it, the angrier she became.

And once she got angry, that anger had to go somewhere. So she got up and went after Summer again.

Just like that, Summer was beaten again is the middle of the night.

Slap. Slap. Slap.

Several sharp slaps rang through the air

Mrs. Mendes and Fiona, who had been half asleep, were jolted awake

As for Summer, she was the one on the verge of breaking down

1

She had worked the entire day and been freezing the entire day. After changing out of her wet clothes, she could not even take a hot shower. All she could do was curl up tightly under the blanket.

She had not even warned herself up yet when Dora dragged her out from under the covers and started hitting her

After several staps, Summer’s head rang

Forget being fully awake. Her eyes were filled with rage and hatred.

She glared at Dora. “What is wrong with you now? Are you insane? Are you going to let anyone sleep?”

After being beaten again and again from morning until night, Summer had been pushed to the edge.

Dora had singled her out and kept tormenting her.

Summer felt as if she was going mad. She had no idea when this kind of life would end.

She stared at Dora with such hatred that it looked as if she wanted to tear her apart.

That book only made Dora’s anger burn even hotter.

“You still dare look at me like that? I’ll beat you to death!”
