Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 954

She was starving.

“I’m watching my figure,” Remi said.

Stella looked at her waist instinctively.

“You’re not even fat.”

“How am I not fat? I get rolls when I sit down.”

Stella’s mouth twitched.

She glanced down at her own waist.

Especially her stomach.

Was there a little softness there too?

“Who doesn’t get rolls when they sit?” she asked.

Who judged their body while sitting down anyway? Wasn’t what mattered how they looked standing up?

“You only pass if there are no rolls even when you sit,” Remi said. “Just put up with it for a few more days.”

“I’m not trying to lose weight.”

So why did Stella have to suffer too?

“If I watch you eat, I’ll lose control.”

Stella had no response.

So one person decided to diet, and everyone else had to suffer with her?

Going without meat was becoming unbearable.

Lately, Stella finished every meal feeling as though she had eaten nothing at all.

She was constantly hungry.

And constantly craving something substantial.

“I made scrambled eggs for you,” Remi pointed out.

At least they had some nutrition.

“I’m cooking dinner myself tonight,” Stella said.

This could not continue.

Remi fell silent.

Another message from Aaron appeared.

It contained only a few words.

'From now on, I won’t force you to do anything you don’t want.'

He would not force her anymore?

What was this supposed to be?

People like Aaron did not suddenly change that much.

If he was willing to compromise this completely, then he was probably desperate to lure her out.

Stella read the message again but still did not respond.

These days, caution came first.

Sometimes life was cruel that way.

Even the people closest to you could become impossible to trust.

“Watch Felix too,” Stella added.

Remi nodded.

“Got it.”

“No matter what, Litt still wants me dead, right?”

Aaron’s message would only mean something if he had ended negotiations with Litt.

If those talks were still continuing, Stella would not believe a word he said.

“Yes,” Remi replied. “That old man is still looking for you.”

“Have you found out what connection Summer had to him?” Stella asked.

Ever since learning that General Litt wanted her dead because of Summer, Stella had been investigating the relationship between them.
