They cleaved through the mist shrouding the river and dragged forth a nebulous figure that exuded a majestic aura and was enveloped in a canopy of purple mist. A divine bridge of paths appeared beneath its feet, and its mere presence evoked a sense of standing as a supreme being.

Even the paths themselves found it somewhat difficult to withstand its shadow.

The river began to roar incessantly as Severin's future self breached through the mists of time and materialized before him.
