Lost Reapers MC- Claimed by the Bikers novel Chapter 28

Chapter 28

9 years ago Killian

“Isn’t that your sister?”

My head snapped around, with so much force that the bones cracked in protest. I scanned the crowded garage. Where sweaty writhing bodies swayed together in time with the music, which throbbed from speakers slammed up against grey brick walls.

I was sure I’d seen a couple getting it on over by one, and let my eyes travel in that direction. Note because I thought Lottie would be

“I can’t see her.” I shrugged and continued to look around. “Must have been someone else

The words had no sooner left my lips before I spotted her familiar glossy dark hair. Pulled up in her familiar high bouncy ponytail, complete with bow-

Holy shit was she in her cheerleader uniform? In a place like this!

“I’m gonna fucking kill her.” Hands stuffed into my jean pockets, I stormed over to her. The scowl on my face making people scatter.

“What are you doing here Lottie?” Gripping her by her shoulder I spun her around. And she almost fell down.

“Are you drunk?” Snatching the red plastic cup out of her hand I sniffed its contents suspiciously. My nose wrinkled.

“You’re drinking?” I asked. “You’re drinking here, dressed like that.” I eyed her uniform. “You’re underage.”

Tilting her chin up she smirked, her eyes glassy. “So are you and you’re still here drinking too.”

I couldn’t help it. I rolled my eyes. She still didn’t get it. We were wildly different people. I might only be a few months older than her, but in experience I

was years.

Lottie didn’t belong in a place like this. I’d thought the craziness with the tattoo guy had been the end of it but here she was. Drinking and dressed like a

creeps wet dream.

“Not the point. You can’t be here.” Sliding my hand from her shoulder because I’d just realised my hand was still there, I curled my hand around her wrist.

“You’re parents would have a heart attack.”

She tugged back on my arms, her eyes flashing. “They are your parents too.”

I rolled my eyes. “They so aren’t.”

“They treat you good.” Her words were getting more and more slurred by the second. Just how much had she had to drink before I saw her? Because the girl was one stop between hammered and watered

If I took her home like this then I was as good as gone. My foster parents were fairly chill and I had it good with them. Sure they didn’t really care about but I couldn’t blame them for that. I was a troubled teenager. So they did what they had to and didn’t ask too many questions. It suited us all just line.

And I didn’t want to spoil it by taking home their very drunk daughter because let’s be honest they would put the blame sorely on me

“Let’s go.” I gave another tug on her arm and this time she couldn’t keep her balance. She crashed into my chest and almost sent us both toppling to the floor. I righted myself at the last minute. My arms wrapped tight around her.

help me she gave a little sigh, like being in my arms was exactly where she wanted to be.

“You’re so warm: She inuggled in tighter. Pressing het face against my worn grey tshirt. “I think I want to curl up into you and never leave. Or dance. We could dance” She asked excitedly

Around us heads were snapping around. I knew what they were all thinking. That this shouldn’t be happening. She was my foster sister. It was wro

And it was wrong but that didn’t mean it didn’t feel right.

“Cute Charlotte.” I purposely used her full name. “But never gonna happen. Let’s go and get you some air and sober you up.”

Arms still tight around her, I frogmarched her out into the darkness of the driveway. A little way up I found a grassy area under a shadowy tree. It was quieter out here and the cool breeze would help sober her up.

I sat down, propping her up against the tree and scooted back a few inches. Better to keep my distance when she was this wasted because this whole situation could go from bad to worse in a matter of seconds.

“I don’t know what I’m doing here, Killian.” She whispered after a few minutes of silence.

I eyed her in the dark. “You came to slum it with the bad kids.” I chuckled. “You’re a little rebel Lottie.”

Slowly she turned her head. “I came because I heard you would be here.”

I blinked once, twice in rapid succession. “What?”

In the darkness I saw her shrug. “Do you think I’m pretty Killian?”

Her question threw me. “What’s that got to do with anything?”

This had to be a trap right? It felt like some kind of trap.

“Do you think I’m pretty.” She stressed each word like I was the drunk one and she was the sober one.

I let out a ragged breath. Running my hand through my hair. “Jesus Lottie, of course I think you’re pretty. Every guy in the school thinks you’re beautifal” 1 groaned. And wasn’t that the truth.

“Good.” Sloppily she swung her leg over me. Straddling my lap and placing her hands on my shoulders.

I blew out another breath. My lips pursed.

“I saw you in the locker room with a Maisey.” She whispered. Her booze scented breath washed over my face. “She was- well you were doing more than kiss.”

Even in the darkness 1 could see her cheeks flame scarlet.
