"My Lord!" The guard lowered his head with a powerful clang, seeming a bit troubled.
"What does she mean by stopping the car?" Di Mingzhe asked, his icy voice sending chills to the guard.
"Miss Dan said she has a few words she’d like to say to you privately," the guard reported truthfully.
"I’m not interested in listening." Di Mingzhe diverted his gaze, looking ahead expressionlessly, his voice flat without any inflections, "Tell her, if she doesn’t move within three minutes, she bears the consequences."
"Understood." The guard nodded but seemed a bit hesitant, "What if Miss Dan doesn’t listen, my Lord?"
"Do I need to teach you? Do what needs to be done!" Di Mingzhe frowned slightly, clearly not pleased, impatiently raising his hand to check the time, "There’s still two minutes. Hurry up, I’m rushing to the hospital."
"Yes!" The guard, now daring not to retort in the slightest, knew that Di Mingzhe was heading to the hospital because Di Xiaxia was about to give birth.
The guard stepped forward to handle the matter, while Di Mingzhe made another call to Di Xiaxia, soothing her again, "Xiaxia, don’t worry, it’s a minor issue, I’ll be there soon, don’t be scared."
On the other end of the call, Di Xiaxia finally let out a sigh of relief and obediently said, "It’s okay, big brother, there’s no rush. You can take your time."
"Alright." Di Mingzhe acknowledged and hung up the call, his somewhat cold eyes fixed ahead.
The guard was still speaking to Dan Lingling, "Miss Dan, please move your vehicle immediately to let us pass. My Lord has no words to exchange with you, and advises you not to block his path."
"I just want to say a few words to him, it won’t take more than two minutes. What do you mean by this?" Dan Lingling, visibly displeased, retorted.
