"Did you come to find me for something?" Di Mingchen asked, even though he already knew the reason, he still wanted to ask.
"Yes." Nangong Ran nodded, turned around, and took the box out of the car, stuffing it into his hands. "Here, your things back to you."
Di Mingchen didn’t reach out to take it.
"Stop it, there’s no logic in taking back something once it’s given." He turned his eyes away indifferently, refusing to look at the box.
Nangong Ran’s eyes tightened. Yeah, once something is given, how can it be taken back? Is there any room for taking back a moved heart?
"Don’t you want it?" Nangong Ran raised an eyebrow.
"You keep it." Di Mingchen didn’t say much.
"You don’t want it, then just throw it away." Nangong Ran’s temper flared up, so she simply dropped the box on the ground.
The box hit the ground with a thud, kicking up some dust. Who knows whose eyes the dust blurred.
Di Mingchen’s face darkened instantly as he lowered his eyes to look at the box at his feet.
"Love it or leave it," Nangong Ran said angrily, then turned around to get into the car, and impatiently said, "Drive, take me out of here, I don’t want to stay here."
The guard looked bewildered, but he knew that the two had argued and wasn’t sure what to do.
Because the person Nangong Ran was throwing a fit at was Di Mingchen!!!
How many in the Empire dare lose their temper with Di Mingchen?
Goodness, not only did she get mad, but she also threw things on the ground, isn’t that making the commander bend down to pick it up?!
