The woman looked pitiful, curled up slightly on her own, her delicate features lightly furrowed together. Her already somewhat plump red lips were pouting even more, adding an inexplicable touch of sexiness mixed with playfulness. Most importantly, the expression on her face seemed to convey discomfort and sadness.
Alvin stared at her for a while, finally letting out a sigh of resignation. Forget it, it was the middle of the night, she had twisted her ankle and slept like a pig, there was no way to get a doctor to check on her.
Nobody was taking care of her, which made him think she was quite pitiable.
So, Alvin stayed, first finding the bathroom to get some water to wash her face, making her feel a bit more comfortable. Then, he dimmed the lights in the room slightly and sat beside her.
"Where does it hurt? Is it your head or your foot?" Alvin asked irritably.
Nangong Lin mumbled a couple of words, but Alvin couldn’t understand.
"Is it your head?" he asked, tentatively placing his fingers on her temples to gently massage them.
She seemed to get some relief from the pain, at least the expression on her face eased a bit.
But before he could continue massaging for long, Nangong Lin started acting wildly, probably because she felt a bit stuffy, so she began to fumble and rustle to undress.
Alvin’s hand, pressing on her temple, froze, and he hurriedly held her hand, "No, you smelly woman, what are you trying to do?"
Seeing her exposed slender waist, Alvin felt for the first time what it meant to be deeply frustrated.
"Taking off my clothes," Nangong Lin muttered, her face flushed, half-opening her eyes to glance at Alvin, her consciousness almost completely blurred.
"Why are you taking off your clothes!" Alvin shouted anxiously, hastily pulling her T-shirt down. In the process of tugging, he accidentally touched Nangong Lin’s slender waist, her silky smooth skin feeling like it scalded his fingers, and he quickly pulled back, deeply frustrated.
