"Hold on," Di Mingjue suddenly spoke up, stopping the two.
"Hm?" Di Mingzhe turned his head to look back.
Di Mingjue sat down with Gu Qibao in his arms, posing with his legs crossed high and an eyebrow raised. He looked at Di Mingzhe, "Have you thought about the blind-dating matter?"
Di Mingzhe was still calm and unhurried, giving Di Mingjue a casual glance, "I know."
After seeing the two out the door, Gu Qibao poked Di Mingjue and asked, "Do big brother and Sister Xiaxia have a thing or something?"
"What thing?" Di Mingjue frowned.
Gu Qibao shrugged, "I don’t know, but it feels like their relationship, you know, a relationship."
Gu Qibao talked a lot without making her point clear.
Di Mingjue chuckled softly, playfully caressing Gu Qibao’s nose. "Don’t overthink, big brother just cares a lot about his siblings. Even though he’s usually very busy, he still takes care of family matters. It’s like the saying ’elder brother is like a father."
"Really?" Gu Qibao blinked her eyes. If that was indeed the case, then Di Mingzhe was so warm!
He was usually very busy, but still cared about family matters, even bringing Di Xiaxia over to resolve this matter in the middle of the night.
Thinking about it, her squabble with Di Mingjue could be considered a domestic affair. In this regard, big brother was outstanding!
Such warmth made one feel that a family should indeed love and care for each other, and she was enjoying the warmth of this large Di family.
Not bad at all.
"Maybe I’m over-thinking it after all," Gu Qibao grinned.
"Why overthink stuff that’s none of your business?" Di Mingjue said as he picked her up sideways. "What Mrs. Di should be most concerned about now is your husband."
Gu Qibao blushed and punched him lightly, "Stop it."
