Nangong Ran joked with a smile, "The Duke might turn into a call center agent today."
Gu Qibao instantly conjured up the image of Di Mingjue as a call center agent and couldn’t help but shudder.
The two joked all the way to the parking garage, where there was little cell phone signal, and Di Mingjue’s phone finally quieted for a while.
Di Mingjue, of course, rode in the same car as Gu Qibao. Lan Feng didn’t drive, so it was only Nangong Ran who had to give him a lift.
Nangong Ran returned the phone to Gu Qibao, and Di Mingjue naturally took it over, turning it off immediately.
Gu Qibao stuck out her tongue, feeling that Nangong Ran and Di Mingjue were really a bit too anxious!
How much radiation could a cellphone actually emit? Could you really not use a cellphone when pregnant?
No way, if that were the case, it would be such a trap; she would die of boredom!
However, at that moment, Gu Qibao did not argue with them. Sweetly linking arms with Di Mingjue, she waved lingeringly as she bid farewell to Nangong Ran.
"Let’s go." Di Mingjue took her hand, personally closed the car door for her, and carefully protected her head as she sat down before he closed the door and returned to the driver’s seat to buckle her in.
Gu Qibao smiled and before she could speak, Di Mingjue’s broad, beautiful palm gently rested on her abdomen, his deep gaze softening slightly as it focused on her belly.
He tenderly caressed her still flat belly, his sensuous, rosy lips curling into a gentle smile as he spoke softly, "Good son, we are going home now."
Gu Qibao’s face flushed, and she suddenly felt embarrassed, stuttering, "Why a son? What if it’s a daughter?"
