No one paid them any particular attention.

Lilian’s eyes lit up immediately. “Tonight? I haven’t stretched my muscles in a long time. If there’s a good show tonight, I want to enjoy it properly! How many people are coming? Please let me relieve some boredom. None of you will need to lift a finger.”

Everyone was speechless.

Laurence laughed. “Alright, then I’ll let you have some fun. I don’t know exactly how many people will come, but I estimate at least several dozen. Very few people can actually get into my place. If dozens of them come, more than half will probably get stopped before they even make it halfway.”

His residence had the highest level of security in all of Havenmill. Countless people had tried to break in, only to fail along the way. Even if someone got lucky enough to climb over the walls and avoid the various traps, they would eventually be beaten senseless by the bodyguards and never even reach the main house.

“Tonight, we’ll let them all in. Once they’re inside, we’ll shut the doors and beat them all!”

“Since Master wants to have some fun, then we’ll give them a proper show tonight.”

First, they would disable the traps and allow the Longbottom family’s assassins to slip into the estate smoothly. Then they would close the gates and deal with them. Just thinking about it was satisfying.

Laurence thought that Lilian’s methods of relieving boredom were worth learning.

Jane chimed in, “Looks like I can only watch.”

Tony was ruthless. Although he had never officially become the head of the Longbottom family, during his years as the acting head, no one had dared challenge him. He possessed far more authority than Manny.
