This meant Simon had been blacklisted in the industry, making it nearly impossible for him to find work in the biotech field in the future.

Phineas had shown no mercy. He had directly destroyed Simon’s career prospects while simultaneously sending a powerful deterrent message to everyone else in the R&D department.

The lab was a place that couldn’t tolerate even the slightest error. It required absolute seriousness. Framing colleagues for personal gain would never be permitted. If they showed leniency to Simon this time, future management would be impossible.

By comparison, Charlie had only been fined a bonus for violating lab operating procedures. That punishment seemed relatively reasonable.

Aurora had been proven completely innocent and received no punishment whatsoever.

Rosalind not only ate some, but also begged to have the rest packed up to take with them.

In the afternoon, tired from playing, Rosalind pretended she wanted to sleep in the car, sending Jasper and Sienna off to go shopping.

As soon as the adults left, Rosalind excitedly devoured the rest of the mango cake. She thought to herself that Mom was so mean not letting her eat delicious things, while Auntie
