Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew) novel Chapter 3609

Ryder's words sent a ripple of shock through the crowd.

"What the hell is Ryder talking about?"

"Isn't that the Medusa Gang's ship?"

"From the sound of it, maybe those two are just a couple of thieves."

As soon as Ryder spoke, the gaze of every warship around the Medusa Warship turned cold and predatory.

No one wanted to be the weakest link.

Now that someone had been singled out as a target, they were all too eager to pile on.

Aboard the Medusa Warship, Ryan and Matthew, who had been chatting moments earlier, fell silent.

They looked out at the fleet of warships eyeing them like wolves.

Matthew's face didn't change. Without a word, he turned and walked into the control room.

He remembered that the Medusa Warship had a massive loudspeaker.

"You all really think we're the weakest out here?"

Matthew's simple question only sharpened the bloodlust in the others' eyes.

If there had been any doubt about Ryder's claim before, now they were convinced.

The people aboard the Medusa Warship weren't with the Medusa Gang at all.

They were exactly what Ryder said—thieves who had stolen the ship.

Everyone who had gone into Bloodfin Bay with Matthew had died.

Not a single one had made it back alive.

Which meant no one knew anything about Matthew's true strength.

"I suggest you go in on your own," Ryder's voice echoed across the water through his loudspeaker. "Don't make us drag you."

That quickly stirred the others into agreement.

"Yeah, we're all about peace, so don't force us to get rough."

"If you know what's good for you, move along."

Fine. He'd give them exactly that—and survive.

Matthew leaned in toward the microphone and said, "All right. I'll go into the Deep Sea Zone and clear the path."

Hearing his answer, the crews on the other warships laughed to themselves.

"Looks like Ryder nailed it."

"Those guys are nothing more than scared little thieves."

"If I were them, I'd be pretending to be part of the Medusa Gang right now."

"Yeah, maybe then we'd hesitate to kill them, and they'd have a chance to live."

Ryder looked at the Medusa Warship and felt a pang of regret.

Such a magnificent ship—soon to be torn apart by a sea monster.

Why had they been the ones to steal something like that?

Under the watchful eyes of every warship around them, the Medusa Warship slowly sailed into the Deep Sea Zone.
