He couldn't help but cry out in excitement.
His eyes were glued to the red supercar, desperate to see who among these elite circles possessed such incredible driving skills.
The car door swung upward like a wing.
The first thing that came into view was a pair of long legs in white canvas sneakers.
Moving up, they were clad in black pants.
Then, a striking, vibrant face was revealed, unadorned with makeup yet still stunning.
The girl was dressed in a white shirt and black pants, her long hair casually tied back, with a few strands falling loosely around her face.
She exuded an aloof, almost ethereal aura, an untouchable presence that seemed entirely above it all.
Even though her attire should have clashed with the glamorous, black-tie environment, it didn't.
As she stood there, it wasn't out of place at all.
It was as if...
Even if she were wearing a burlap sack, she would still effortlessly outshine everyone present.
"Serena?!"
The Wynns stared at the familiar face, their eyes wide with disbelief at the sight of the cool, aloof girl.
They were all stunned.
"Why is she here?" Marianne frowned the moment she saw Serena, her tone sharp and acidic. "Don't tell me she heard we were attending the Blackwood heiress's party and decided to come and leech off our invitation?"
She actually had such amazing racing skills.
No wonder Hailey had come back from Apex Horizon Speedway last time, complaining that she and Adrian had been scammed out of a hundred million dollars because of Serena.
"She's been using her body to get what she wants from those men. Once she makes them happy, borrowing a multi-million dollar car is no big deal," Marianne said, her disdain for Serena growing with every word. "She came to the Blackwoods' party? Does she really think that just because Mr. Blackwood played with her for a few days, she can marry into the family?"
"With her status, how could she possibly have that right? It's laughable!"
Marianne sneered and walked straight toward Serena, deliberately swaying her hips, wanting to make sure Serena got a good, long look at her own opulent attire.
She wanted to make Serena understand the gap between her and the Wynn family.
A gap she could never close just by seducing a few men.
"Well, well, if it isn't Mr. Foster and his gang's little... 'Serena'? Weren't those rich boys so devoted to you? Why are you here all alone? Where are your patrons... oh, I'm sorry, I mean, the rich young masters? Did none of them bring you?"
