Chapter 173 This Is Nina’s House!
“Daddy, you kiss me?”
Benjamin had barely brushed her head before Nina noticed.
The little one lifted her face and stared straight at him.
Benjamin said, “Didn’t kiss you.”
Nina touched the spot anyway. “You kiss here!”
“I didn’t kiss you.” Benjamin denied it flatly-which instantly made Nina furious.

Before Nina could argue the point, someone from the Wilson family arrived to greet them.
It was Nathan and Mia.
Nathan worked at the Wilson Group too, though his position and abilities weren’t as good as his older sister Freya’s.
Nathan accepted that quite cheerfully.
He’d always been Freya’s biggest fan.
Seeing Nina in Benjamin’s arms, Nathan smiled, “Nina came too?”
The little social butterfly heard her name and nodded hard. “Nina, come!”
Nathan’s smile grew even warmer. “Nina, want me to hold you? I’ll carry you to get snacks.”
Nina answered instantly, “Okay!”
She wasn’t shy with Nathan at all. She leaned forward, letting him take her.
Nathan lifted her up and bounced her gently. “Nina, you’re so cute.”
He really adored chubby little kids like her.
He carried Nina forward.
Mia, walking beside them, felt her stomach twist with anger.
On the way here, she’d badmouthed Nina nonstop, calling her a scheming little fatty and saying she and her mom were both annoying.

Mia felt like Nathan and Freya had both been brainwashed.
They were her siblings, yet they kept taking that awful little kid’s side! It wasn’t fair!
While Mia fumed, Nina-now perched on Nathan’s arm-locked eyes with her.
Nina and Mia were natural enemies-she puffed up angrily the second she saw her. “Bad lady! Go away!”
Mia snapped, “This is my house. If anyone’s leaving, it’s you!”
Nina shook her head. “Nina no go.”
Mia gave a cold huff. “If you’re not leaving, at least be polite. I told you-this is my house.”
Nina declared, “Nina house!”
Nina seemed to have hit a new phase. Besides speaking more, she’d started claiming everything as hers.
When she played with toys at home, she would suddenly announce, “Nina toy.”
When she saw the family cars, she’d point and say, “Nina car.”
When asked who’d bought them, she’d answer confidently, “Nina buy!” But when pressed how, she had no idea.
Seeing her claim someone else’s house as her own, Benjamin raised a brow, about to correct her.
Nathan beat him to it, laughing heartily and completely indulging her. “Nina, you say this is your house? So you really like it here?”
Nina nodded. “Yeah!”
The Wilson Villa was a garden estate, designed by Freya’s grandmother.
Freya’s grandparents had passed away, but the family still kept the gardens beautiful.
After saying she liked the place, Nina pointed straight at Mia. “No like!”
She didn’t like Mia.

But Nathan, still holding Nina, just smiled and said, “Nina’s too little. Kids say all sorts of things -don’t take it seriously, Mia.”
Nathan’s open defense of Nina made Mia even angrier.
If Nathan hadn’t been walking behind them, she would have exploded at Nathan right then.
She still cared about appearances in front of Benjamin.
She huffed, “Fine, Nathan. I won’t stoop to a child’s level. I’m leaving-you stay and take care of her!”
With that, Mia stormed off, fuming.
A few steps later, she ran into Gideon.
He was watering the flowers in the yard.
The moment Mia saw him, all her grievances burst out.
“Dad!” she rushed over, calling out in a pitiful voice, and poured out all her grievances.
“Dad, Benjamin’s here-he brought that little girl from his family. She was so annoying! She said all sorts of mean things to me, told me to get out, and even claimed this house was hers! She’s unbearable, but Nathan still held her and spoiled her.”
