Amelia tried to explain the dangers of the power strip one more time.

The little dinosaur shook her head the whole time, not listening to a single word.

Seeing that, Amelia gave up reasoning. She grabbed Nina’s chubby hand instead.

Amelia’s grabbing the hand was a very familiar signal.

Nina yanked back hard.

She tugged with all her might while trying to negotiate.

“Mommy, no hit! Nina big dino! Nina eat people!”

She was trying to convince Amelia that big dinosaurs were scary.

But Amelia just stared at her coolly, completely unfazed.

“Big dinosaur, huh? Let’s see if big dinosaurs are afraid of getting spanked.”

With that, Amelia swatted her chubby little hand several times.

She asked, “Big dinosaur, are you going to play with the power strip again?”

Nina’s hand stung.

Barry had been completely won over by Nina today.

He was head over heels.

Lily could’ve just agreed to Barry’s request for new toys nicely.

But he threw a tantrum and threatened to act up-only after getting a spanking did he finally get permission to buy them.
