Amelia had just started dating-she absolutely didn’t mean inviting Benjamin for that kind of sleep.
Last time they had sex, his behavior had been a bit out of control.
Amelia was still a little scared of it.
After her flustered explanation, Benjamin nodded.
He washed up, changed into pajamas, and came over.
Because Nina was sleeping, the room lights were very din.
The two lay on either side of Nina and chatted in low voices.
It was Amelia’s first romance-she found it all so new and exciting.
She turned on her side, voice unable to hide her joy.
“Benjamin, when do we go out and play?”
Dating meant dates.
Amelia really wanted to go on one.
Benjamin reached out his large hand and held one of hers.
His thumb gently stroked her skin. In the darkness, his low voice was incredibly seductive.
“Anytime.” Benjamin said, “Whenever you have time, I can always go with you.”
Amelia smiled. Her heart was completely full of happiness.
“Once Nina feels better, we’ll go,” she said.
Amelia had already pictured their date. She was lost in thought when Nina, sleeping in the middle, suddenly
sat up.
Both of them instinctively shut their eyes and pretended to be asleep.
Nina sat there drowsily, eyes half-open for two seconds, then flopped onto Amelia.
She lay on Amelia and reached out her chubby hands to touch Amelia’s breast.
Luckily, Nina was only touching-she didn’t want to nuse.
Amelia lightly patted her back, soothing her into deeper sleep.
Time passed slowly. Soon, Nina settled again, snuggling close to Amelia without tossing anymore.
Amelia felt a little embarrassed to speak. She whispered “Benjamin, let’s sleep.”
Benjamin said, “Okay.”
He closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Amelia listened as his breathing steadied quickly, then let out a soft sigh of relief.
That night, both slept well.
Nina, sandwiched in the middle, slept soundly too.
Nina fell asleep before her parents and woke before them.

The moment she woke, she kissed Amelia, then tugged pen her clothes and nursed a couple of times.
After two sips, Nina turned to look at Benjamin.
His handsome face was still perfect first thing in the morning.
Nina scooted closer, first touched his face, then started poking his eyes.
“Daddy! Morning!” She forcibly greeted him.
Benjamin woke to the gentle poking. He started to frown, but then Nina broke into a wide grin.
Her smile was actually pretty sweet.
Benjamin closed his eyes again, took two deep breaths, and sat up.
He lifted Nina off the bed, got her ready, and sent her out of the room.
“Go wake your uncle and grandpa.”
Benjamin sent Nina away-he had no intention of leaving yet.
Nina stood at the door, watching it close. She raised a chubby hand and patted twice.
Benjamin still didn’t open it.
Unable to get back in, Nina pouted unhappily, turned, and went to find Daniel and William.
“Un-coo Dan’el, morning!”
She hadn’t reached William yet when she spotted Danie heading out.
The moment she saw him leaving, Nina wanted to go too.
Daniel hadn’t expected to run into her this early.
“Uh, Nina, aren’t you going to find your grandpa? Go on-he’s awake too.”
Daniel tried to shoo her away so he could leave.
But Nina hugged his leg and wouldn’t budge.
“Un-coo Dan’el, hug! Go out!”
Nina clung to Daniel, wanting him to take her along.
Daniel had plans-he couldn’t bring her.

In the end, under Nina’s pitiful threat of “Nina cry,” Daniel’s heart softened. He picked her up and carried her out.
“Nina, I’m going to see a friend.
“My friend got his heart broken. He’s really upset. I’m going to comfort him.”
Daniel had plenty of friends besides Lucas.
The one he was rushing to see had grown up with him, po.
But that friend had moved abroad later, and his family spent most of their time overseas.
Even abroad, Daniel’s friendship with him stayed strong They still hung out.
Meeting up was easy-just fly to the same place.
This time, the friend had come back heartbroken and crying for comfort.
Daniel had to go.
On the way, he warned Nina earnestly, “When you get there, don’t ask him what’s wrong-not at all.”
