[The Rogue Blender: Ancestor! Thank you so much! We’ve received everything we needed. I’ve already sent you all the items we have here. Please feel free to make your selection. As for the rest, as I promised, once we’re done dealing with the demonic species, I’ll journey to the hidden realms and roam the world to find treasures for you.]
[The Rogue Blender: I’ll also search for any herbs you might need, just tell me what you require, and I’ll track them down, even if I have to travel to the ends of the world.]
[The Rogue Blender: I won’t forget to pay you with system points as well. Just send me the remaining bill. Thank you so much!]
[Merchant #841273: Alright.]
After chatting for a while, Kisha closed the interface and switched to the Merchant Association’s chat, which was inviting her to make a deal. She paused to think, but decided not to respond immediately.
The longer she delayed, the more flustered and impatient they would become, and the better for her. Their growing impatience would give her leverage, allowing her to negotiate a far more favorable deal. Even though they hadn’t explicitly stated their intentions yet, she already had a clear idea of what they wanted.
Instead, she turned to check her inventory, and that’s when she suddenly remembered the discount coupon she could’ve used in the system mall. She had just spent five billion. With a groan of exasperation, Kisha slapped her forehead, startling Duke, who was sitting beside her, sipping his tea.
"Wifey, what’s wrong?" he asked, concern flickering across his face as he saw Kisha’s expression, as if her heart had just been crushed.
"I... I..." Kisha stammered, her lips trembling. She had completely forgotten about the discount coupon; if she had used it for the whole day, she could’ve bought everything she needed at a huge discount, saving a fortune, and maybe even reselling some items in her store later could have earned her more system points.
"Ugh..." She clutched her chest, a pang of frustration and regret coursing through her. So many things had happened that she’d completely lost track, and with her inventory already like a bottomless pit, packed with countless items, the enormity of what she’d just spent hit her all at once.
"I’m fine..." Kisha managed to whisper, her voice hoarse.
"I... I’m sorry, Host. I forgot about it too..." 008 apologized softly, its tone tinged with guilt. As her system, it should be like her assistant; it should have reminded Kisha about even the smallest matters, to make her life easier, but even this minor oversight had slipped its mind.
"No... it’s fine. Let’s just make a list of the things we might need, then use the coupon and go on a proper shopping spree," Kisha said, having finally calmed her thoughts. She realized this was the perfect opportunity to stock up on ingredients for alchemy and inscribing.
With her new alchemy recipes, she would need the right materials and equipment to craft the pills, and perhaps even upgrade her alchemy tools while she was at it.
"Alright, Host," 008 replied through the mindlink after reading Kisha’s thoughts, immediately starting to compile a list of everything she might need. Kisha quickly got over the heartbreak of spending so much, replaced instead by a renewed determination to earn even more.
Part of the reason she wasn’t as devastated as she expected was that she had put the tab of five billion on "The Rogue Blender." This meant that, even if he couldn’t pay her with system points, she could make him her "slave" later, ensuring he’d provide her with more treasures in the future and effectively recoup what she had spent.
Smirking to herself at the thought, Kisha opened the alchemy manual she had just acquired, feeling ready to dive into her next projects.
As soon as she opened the alchemy manual, 008 began transferring the knowledge directly into her brain. The moment it hit her mind, Kisha felt a sharp, intense pressure, as if her head might explode.
It wasn’t as excruciating as when she first learned alchemy that came from the Fantasy World, perhaps because some of the concepts were familiar, or maybe her pain tolerance had simply increased over time.
Either way, her body stiffened for a full three minutes as the knowledge poured in. Afterward, she remained perfectly still, focusing on digesting and processing everything she had just acquired.
After a while, the pain subsided, and Kisha opened her eyes. The knowledge of pill-making from the Murim World had been fully digested. Just as she had suspected, integrating alchemy knowledge from two different worlds was indeed possible, but not without difficulty.
Some concepts were similar, yet others diverged entirely, meaning she would need to conduct experiments to refine her thought process and develop new techniques.

’Hmm... maybe I could even combine Scarlet Honey and Spiritual Spring Water into this pill to boost its grade. If I refine it properly, instead of just using the Scarlet Honey directly, I could enhance its potency, so every time someone’s about to level up, and they use it, their potential grows too.’
