Chapter 355 Pushing Their Luck

Rebecca was a little confused to hear Abbot's question.

Had she kissed anyone before?

Of course not!

She shook her head and replied truthfully, "No. What's wrong?"

Abbot inexplicably breathed a sigh of relief, thinking they were even. So, he said, "Nothing."

Then, he turned around and pushed the door open.

Looking at him getting out of the car, Rebecca gave a puzzled smile, wondering what was going on.

At the same time, Faye and Colin were heading for the company.

Faye asked worriedly, "Are you sure Abbot is not angry?"

Colin laughed in a deep voice, "He is not a petty man."

She replied, "That's good."

When the car was running forward slowly, Colin showed a thoughtful smile.

Faye glanced at him out of the corner of her eye and asked, "How did he know the truth?"

Colin teased, "Rebecca got drunk when they were on a business trip and told him the truth by herself."

Faye was speechless.

She had thought of hundreds of ways how Abbot had gotten to know the truth but had never thought Rebecca had told him by herself.

Seeing her keep silent, Colin added, "If I guessed correctly, Rebecca kissed Abbot after getting drunk."

Faye was surprised to hear that and turned her head to look at him.

Colin teased, "It might be a bad romance."

After they arrived at Farrell Media, Faye parked the car. And then, they got out of the car and entered the company together.

In the elevator, Faye kept a distance from Colin.

He put his hands in his pockets and said in a low voice, "Honey."

Faye lifted her eyes to look at him and said, "We're in the company."

Colin grinned, "Fine, Ms. Nash."

Faye took a deep breath and then kept silent.

Arriving at the PR department, she walked out of the elevator and then subconsciously glanced back.

Seeing this, Colin waved at her with a smile on his thin lips.

The atmosphere in the conference room of the PR department was thick with tension.

Bonnie was sitting inside with the six wrongdoers and their agents.

Faye said, "It's not negotiable."

She stepped into the conference room, stood beside the table, tapped her slender fingers on it, and said in a cold voice, "There is no room for negotiation on this matter. Don't waste time."

Seeing her showing up, an agent mustered up her courage and said, "Ms. Nash, Addison has worked at Farrell Media for so long. She deserves at least some credit for hard work if not for good work. Is it a bit too impersonal to terminate the contract with her?"

Hearing this, Faye shot a glance at her and said, "The company and artists are business partners, and we both aim for a win-win situation. Don't try to impose moral coercion on the company."

The agent retorted, "That's not true..."

Faye interrupted, "If Farrell Media were to go bankrupt now, would you and your artists stay together with the company?"

The agent was speechless.

Faye looked away from her, glanced around, and said, "If you don't make a statement online within half an hour, all the previously negotiated conditions will be voided."

Then, she turned to look at Galen and said, "Start counting the time."

After finishing speaking, she turned to leave.

If she had not broken their illusions, they would keep pushing their luck.

When she returned to the office, the six artists issued statements one after another.

After a while, Bonnie also posted an apology letter online.

Faye looked through their statements on her tablet. After confirming there was no problem, she made a call and said, "Post the statement that Farrell Media has terminated the contracts with Bonnie and the six artists."
