Chapter 367 You have Fallen for Me, Right

Colin confessed his deep love to her in an extremely calm voice.

Faye's heart thumped wildly. She gazed at Colin dully.

Colin curled up his thin lips and continued, "My love for you is not possessive, but I can accept your possessive love, for example, you'll only love me, or you can't live on without me."

Faye took a deep breath in a mixed feeling.

Colin saw through her with a glance and asked, "You don't dare to believe me?"

Faye dodged his gaze silently.

They remained silent for about half a minute. Then Colin reached out, rubbed Faye's hair dotingly, and said, "Let's drink, Ms. Nash."

He walked away after finishing the words, not wanting to give Faye any pressure.

Alcohol was a good thing.

At least it was a good thing for those who wanted to escape from reality temporarily.

Colin poured the red wine into the goblets. Faye walked forward, took a can of beer from the tea table, and opened the can. She then sat down on the sofa and gulped down half can of the beer.

Colin looked up at her confusedly.

Faye explained, "I want to drink beer."

Faye picked up a goblet of red wine and shook it. "Well."

They then all became silent, one sipping the red wine, and the other drinking the beer. But the atmosphere was inexplicably harmonious.

After drinking several tans of beers, Faye broke the silence, "It isn't that I don't trust you. It's just that I don't have faith in human nature."

Colin adjusted his posture and said in a deep voice, "There is always an exception."

Faye said, "I'm not that confident to think that I can meet that one-in-a-million exception."

Faye was drunk because she wouldn't say these emotional words when she was sober.

Colin leaned forward, trying to snatch her beer. Faye gazed at him and said with a smile, "I didn't drink much."

Colin curled up his lips and said, "No man would admit he's drunk."

Faye squeezed the can, making a crushing sound, and said, "I was telling the truth."

Colin reached out three fingers and waved them before Faye's eyes, asking, "What's this?"

Faye answered in amusement, "Three."

Colin said with a serious expression, "Finger."

Faye was rendered speechless.

Colin replied, "It's tainted by beer."

Faye nodded, kicked off her high heels, and sat on the sofa with her legs crossed. She pressed her lips and asked, "Colin, what if my illness can't be cured? What if you stop loving me one day? What should I do if I get sick again when you break up with me?"

Colin clenched his grip on the goblet and said, "These won't happen."

Faye bent her knees, rested her chin on them, and looked down at the ground. "Someone once told me that a mentally-ill person was deemed as a half psycho. Colin, will any normal person fall in love with a psycho?"

Faye unconsciously uttered these words. This was her inner thought.

Colin immediately replied in a low voice, "I will."

Faye tilted her head to look at Colin and chuckled. "But I don't have the heart."

Colin asked in an upset voice, "Don't have the heart to do what?"

Faye's eyes turned red as she replied, "I don't have the heart to hurt you even though you may stop loving me at that time or I may lose my consciousness."

Colin was shocked when he heard Faye's words.

The next moment, he asked in a husky voice, "Faye, you've fallen for me, right?"

Faye replied, "Yes."
