Chapter 113:
Robert’s Point of View
Everything around me was freezing, and I felt a coldness coursing through the tips of my fingers until all sensation vanished completely.
I stopped fucking her suddenly and withdrew with a body as rigid as stone. I began putting on my clothes with mechanical, swift movements, while Sarah watched me with eyes filled with confusion. She asked in a faint, trembling voice:
"Sir... is something wrong? Did I upset you in some way?"
I didn’t bother to look at her or respond; I buttoned my shirt and left the room with heavy strides. Midway, my gaze fell on Ron, who was gripping the arm of one of the guards tightly and pushing him violently. I asked with a deadly coldness:
"What is the matter, Ron?"
Ron replied, trying to calm me:
"Don’t trouble yourself with these matters, sir."
I fixed my sharp gaze on him and said in a tone that brooked no discussion:
"Ron!"
Ron sighed and answered:
"He stole money from the restaurant, Mr. Robert, but don’t worry... I will handle his punishment."
I said, my jaw muscles visibly tensing:
"I will do it."
Ron’s eyes widened in shock, and he took a step back, muttering:
"Will... will you do this yourself, sir?"
I answered him with one decisive word:
"Yes."
He tried to object with stuttering words:
"But..."
I cut him off with a look that silenced him immediately:
"What?"
He lowered his head and said submissively:
"Nothing, sir... as you wish."
I advanced with firm steps down the hallway, while Ron dragged that damn guard behind me.
We went down to the lower floor where the dark guardrooms were located; I felt my heartbeats accelerating not out of a desire for justice, but because I had finally found a living body upon which I could discharge all the anger and weakness Julie had caused.

Julie’s Point of View
A cold shiver ran down my spine and my body stiffened completely when I glimpsed him passing in the corridor; it was my good fortune that his gaze was directed forward and he didn’t turn. Max whispered in a skeptical tone:
"Is Mr. Robert really here? Are you sure, Julie?"
I nodded my head violently, feeling as if my heart would stop:
"Yes... he is here, I saw him with my own eyes!"
A look of bewilderment appeared on Max’s face as he muttered:
"Mr. Robert never comes down to this floor... even when one of the guards makes a mistake, Ron takes care of his punishment."
My heartbeats accelerated further until I felt nauseous, and I said in a choked voice:
"Max... is he looking for me? Did he go to my room, not find me, and come here?"
I began pacing the small room back and forth in chaotic circular movements, my fingers interlocking from extreme tension, until Max stopped me by placing his hand on my shoulder:
"Julie... calm down."
Max moved toward the door and said:
"I will go out to check the situation."
I rushed toward him and leaned my back forcefully against the door, preventing him from opening it, and said to him with panic gleaming in my eyes:
"Listen, Max... I think our lives are in danger, Robert will find me here!"
Before he could utter a word, I felt the handle move and the door being pushed from the outside; my body was squeezed into the narrow corner right behind the door.
I closed my eyes tightly, holding my breath as if the sound of my inhalation might betray my location.
I heard a rough, familiar voice I realized immediately it was Ron saying:
"Come on... come to the gym, a thieving bastard is being punished!"
I watched Max through the small crack in the door; his body was stiff and his features tense as he answered briefly:
"Alright."
As soon as Ron’s footsteps faded, Max closed the door and I exhaled all the air trapped in my chest at once. Max said quickly:
"I have to go now... listen, wait here for a while, then go up to your room carefully."
I grabbed his arm and asked him in wonder:
"Why did he call you? What happened? Did he discover you are training me?"
He answered while preparing to leave:
"No, he didn’t... but as you heard, there is a thief, and we will be witnesses to how he is eliminated."
I raised my eyebrows in shock and bewilderment:
"What? Are we in the Middle Ages? Is the Emperor going to execute the criminal and summon the subjects to watch the execution?"
