My Four Miraculous Treasures novel Chapter 400

Frank knew that Willow had returned to Hughes Corporation as a secretary, but he didn’t know that Willow had worked as a secretary for Xavier after she left.

It was even more surprising that Jasper bought Xavier's company just to transfer Willow back to Hughes Corporation.

Jasper had always drawn a line between public and private affairs, never involving his emotions when making decisions.

Willow’s appearance had made things happen beyond Frank’s imagination.

Frank asked Xavier seriously, “Xavier, did you get injured because of this?”

“Grandpa, I’m not going to hide it from you. The secretary that Uncle Jaz transferred back to Hughes Corporation is my ex-girlfriend. I still love her, but she is now in a relationship with Uncle Jaz.” Xavier looked downcast.

Frank, who had calmed down, became upset again.

This was more serious than he had imagined.

Willow was the root of the problem. She definitely had ulterior motives for approaching Xavier and Jasper.

She had provoked Xavier just to get close to Jasper.

Frank didn’t want Willow to stay near them for a moment.

“Xavier, leave this matter to me. I know what to do. Don’t think too much about it and rest well.” Frank patted Xavier's shoulder to comfort him.

The family doctor came and Cindy asked him to treat Xavier's injuries.

The next day, Willow woke up and realized that she was still in Royal Garden.

Her last visit here had not been a good experience. She felt stressed the moment she saw her surroundings.

She finished the food and wiped her mouth.

“I’m going to work.” She boldly walked outside to test whether her freedom was restricted or not.

Willow reached the entrance of the villa and no one stopped her.

She was surprised and wondered if she could come and go freely.

She was slightly delighted and was about to leave quickly when Leon called out, “Wait, Ms. Nason.”

Willow stopped and looked back.

It might be too soon for her to be happy.
