"Vincent and Daniel have been close friends for years, until Sabrina enters the picture and drives a wedge between them. While discussing marriage with Vincent, Sabrina is secretly seeing Daniel on the side—and that is how the whole mess comes to light. The truth is, Sabrina wants it all: Vincent's commitment and Daniel's attention. So when she gets called out, she really has it coming..."
Vanessa didn't make it halfway through that blogger's take before she snatched her tablet off the bed and hurled it onto the floor.
The device hit the ground with a crack, splitting into pieces.
Fuming, she stormed out of the bedroom—only to run straight into Vincent in the hallway.
"Ouch!" Stumbling back, she winced.
Vincent reached out to steady her, his expression darkening. "Where are you going in such a hurry?"
"I'm going to find Sabrina," Vanessa shot back, her voice sharp with anger.
Vincent's tone cooled. "What for?"
Vanessa glanced up nervously. "Daddy... are you mad?"
He brushed a bit of lint from her sleeve, his face unreadable. "Why would I be mad?"
Her face scrunched up. "Sabrina and Daniel... they... they..."
She stumbled over her words, too flustered to finish.
Vincent frowned. "They what?"
"They kissed..." Vanessa whispered, just as a housemaid started up the staircase.
Noticing the tension, the maid hesitated before speaking softly, "Mr. Stewart, Ms. Monroe is here."
Vincent gave Vanessa a reassuring pat. "Alright," he said, then headed downstairs.
Halfway down, he spotted Sabrina about to come up.
"Sabrina."
She looked up, anxiety written all over her face. "Vincent, please—you have to believe me."
Still unaware of the news, Vincent asked, "Believe what? What's going on?"
