This was the second time he had dreamed of Aella crying.

But she only cried harder and ran farther away. She never stopped. She never turned back.

The feeling was too real. It was as if he had lived through it himself.

Tyrone got out of bed and went into the bathroom.

“I went home at noon and made this for you. I wanted you to try it.”

He reminded her calmly, “Didn’t I tell you? Other than one hour for dinner on Friday nights, we don’t meet at other times.”
