Tyrone reached out and pulled Aella to his side.

He looked down at her. “You two know each other?”

Aella glared daggers at Zera and nodded.

Tyrone’s gaze shifted between Aella and Zera.

Zera’s eyes landed on Tyrone’s hand resting on Aella’s shoulder, and jealousy burned through her.

She had chased Tyrone for an entire year and dated him for two months.

She had made countless moves on him, but he acted like he was blind–he wouldn’t even touch her hand.

Yet here he was, being so intimate with this girl.

She held back her frustration and explained, “I borrowed this money from Mr. Tyrone to save my mother’s life. Once I have the funds, I’ll pay him back with interest.”

Aella waved the bank card in her hand. “Tyrone changed his mind. He doesn’t want to lend it to you anymore. You can leave now.”

With that, she turned and shot Tyrone a fierce glare.

Tyrone opened his mouth to speak, then slowly closed it and looked away toward the road.

Zera could see that Tyrone was clearly turning a blind eye, letting this little brat do whatever she wanted.

She had no choice but to press on. “Last year I got hurt saving Mr. Tyrone. The ten million on this card is his compensation to me!”
