"Great, thank you, ma’am." Nathaniel flashed the kind of wholesome smile that older folks adore. Seeing such a handsome, cheerful young man, one of the women suddenly asked, "Are you seeing anyone, son? And what brings you to Doctor Linton?"

Nathaniel’s smile dimmed slightly. "I’m already married."

"Married so young? What a shame."
