Chapter 27 A Trash Beta Has Nothing to Lose

In Sylvia Whitmore’s mind, Julian should have reacted the way he always had whenever she brought up things like this.

He should have apologized obediently, then promised that he would behave better in the future.

Reality, however, was different.

Julian said it without even blinking as he walked out of the conference room.
