Chapter 326 The Infernal Prison Bee
Perhaps Prynn Watson had never been a good person.
He had risen through the power of his sister and nephew.
He had once covered up the Seventh Legion’s mistake.
He had once ordered Harlan Turner to pressure Julian.
But at this moment, he stood before all of humanity.
Blood poured from his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. His psychic sea shook violently, but he clenched his teeth and refused to retreat even half a step.
Before the survival of the species…
even villains had bones.
Even villains would fight to the end for humankind.
“Kill these dead bugs! Forward! All of you, forward! Screw this noble-soldier nonsense!”
Countless Seventh Legion soldiers roared.
Spirit forms of all colors charged up fearlessly.
Even if they died…
they would drag at least one insectoid down with them.
Just as the battle seemed barely about to stabilize, Fourfold Forward Base began transforming rapidly under the command tower’s control.

The steel Great Wall humanity had built with blood unfolded.
Buzz.
Buzz.
The void could not transmit sound.
But this buzzing was not true sound.
It was a strange noise created inside human minds when the brain was shaken by sound waves.
“I… I feel awful. I want to throw up. Ugh…”
At that moment, Joanna and the other Omegas were still forcing themselves to endure.
But every Beta dropped to their knees at once.
Even the Alphas began showing symptoms of varying severity.

“What… what is that…”
An Omega widened his eyes in terror and pointed toward the front line.

Not only that Omega cadet.
Every imperial citizen watching the livestream drew in a sharp breath.
A gigantic insectoid had appeared.
It was slightly smaller than the Giant-Jawed Stag Beetle, yet no one could ignore it.
Its chitin shell was obsidian-black at the base, covered in dense gold-red crystalline lines.
Those lines resembled energy conduits. As the insectoid moved, they expanded and contracted silently.
Its head looked like a king’s faceplate.
Two pairs of wings had fused into one enormous pair.
Its eye sockets were not eyes, but rotating energy cores.
On its back, seven tumor-like protrusions formed the shape of a lotus.
Seven cores connected as one.
The light inside them was as thick as magma.
Julian focused sharply.
Now he was certain.
The mysterious sound wave affecting everyone’s mind came from the silent vibration of that insectoid’s massive wings.
Almost the instant he reached that conclusion, thick magma erupted from the insectoid’s back.
Orange-red flame formed the base, while heavy streaks of black twisted through it like living veins.
And Julian, watching Fourfold Forward Base vanish into endless fire until it nearly lost all chance of repair, pressed himself against the starship window and gritted his teeth.
“Hateful! A gentleman’s revenge can wait ten years! Magma bug, you wait for this rogue cultivator! This rogue cultivator will come back! Rowan, notify every garrison in the outer star zone. Full-line defense.”
At Moonfall headquarters, Orion stared at the brilliant imperial star map and finally gave the order.
The conference room, filled with generals and scientists, fell into dead silence.
The Central Defense Line had collapsed.
‘The Southeastern and Southwestern fronts were locked in brutal fighting.
A terrifying insectoid tide, led by the Giant-Jawed Stag Beetle and the Infernal Prison Bee, was rushing quickly toward the outer star zone.
Several imperial outposts lay along the way.
But before two royal-class insectoids…
how long could those outposts hold?

“We located the people behind the livestream. Unit 3, 257th floor, Cosmos Group Tower.”
Fortunately, after nearly half an hour of hard work, Dr. Tyrell finally brought the only good news.
Without notifying the council, nobles, star police, or even the military’s internal command structure, Rowan directly ordered the Second Legion’s shadow division to make the arrests.
“There were only two cultists inside. Their worship of the insectoids was extremely fanatical, and both suffered severe brain damage. All surveillance in the building failed before the incident, so we cannot trace anyone else.”
The shadow-division captain had barely finished before Dr. R’s expression turned ugly.
“Damn it. They were guarding against me. With brains damaged that badly, even a memory-reading device will not extract anything useful.”
Clearly, leaving those two people behind was not a flaw in the enemy’s plan.
It was a provocation against the Second and Third Legions.
