Outcast Omega Pampered by the Alpha General novel Chapter 402

Chapter 402 A World Inside His Sea

The White Tower regarded such Alphas as future war stare–talents capable of breaking through tharar limits and advancing to 35

Marshal Atlas Ashford, General Harper Joane, and General Marston had all awakened their psychic landscapes at the peak of 25

Orion was different.

He had been born at 35, so he had never possessed an ordinary psychic sea at all.

His existence had been the first proof Imperial researchers received that a psychic landscape could exist from birth.

Then why did people call Caelan Rockefeller the next General Mulholland?

Shouldn’t he have been called the next Marston instead?

The answer was simple.

Caelan had entered the world at 25, stronger than an ordinary Alpha of the same rank. Though he had not reached 35, the earliest outline of a psychic landscape had existed inside him from birth.

A phantom sky hung above his psychic sea. Within it stood a divine realm he named Godsreach.

Everyone knew the name came from old northern myyas. Godsreach was the realm where the gods dwelled and the divine court where they gathered.

The landscape was still only a phantom. Even after years of growth and expansion, it had not fully replaced Caclan’s original psychic sea.

Even so, it proved that his talent was extraordinary, his capacity for growth astonishing, and his future almost limitless.

Caleb Hayes was another prodigy.

His landscape had awakened later than Caelan’s. Yet years of warfare, injuries, and repeated brushes with death had forced Caleb past his limits so many times that his landscape ultimately matured first

It was a mysterious alpine meadow,

Cattle and sheep grazed across the highlands, while clear lakes lay scattered among the grass.

Most striking of all was the chain of snow-covered mountains. Their peaks pierced the clouds, and the tallest rose like a sheer tower, impossibly steep and forbidding.

Caleb called the landu ape Crownspire Plateau.

Its highest summit was Heavenreach Peak

He claimed he had found both names in ancient records, and everyone familiar with that vanished

civilization agreed that they fit perfectly.

In other words, only 35 class Alphas and exceptionally gifted 2S-class Alphas could truly be called high- ranking.

Omegas followed a different path. They were born needing advancement, and their ultimate limits depended less on their initial rank than o comprehension–the awakening of their talent and their ability to absorb insectoid cores and evolve.

Julian had only just begun advancing, yet his psychic landscape was already taking shape.

“A genius…” Eleanor marveled. “This child truly is a genius unlike any Omega the Empire has ever known.”

Even the habitually proud Helen frowned.

“At this rate, Julian’s psychic sea will have completely transformed into a psychic landscape by the time his advancement ends. Damn it. He really gets everything!”

So annoying.

Of course Helen was jealous. Jealousy was mandatory.

But he could be jealous later. Right now, he needed to watch carefully, memorize everything, and learn.

Fortune always came back around. Maybe one day it would be Helen’s turn to advane gain.

Helen was practically pulling out a little notebook, and Dr. Serena Rhodes. Anya Bell, and the other young Omegas were just as intent on recording every detail.

Outside Julian’s psychic sea, Orion and Ruin could do nothing but stare at each other.

Ruin tried to bite Orion’s hand, demanding that the terrible Alpha release the wolf immediately.

The wolf is not going inside now.

The wolf will go in after Julian finishes advancing!

Orion: “…”

After receiving the message from his own truest self, Orion reluctantly let go.

Ruin instantly shrank into a wolf cub and curled up beside Julian inside the medical pod. The cub kept rubbing the boy with the soft fur on top of its head.

Julian will get better.

Fle has to.

While Orion and Ruin watched him, the endless clouds and mist inside Julian’s psychic landscape finally pazzed, revealing one corner of the world that belonged to the boy alone

Moonlight rested over green mountains, while clear water reflected a distant island of immortals

The mirror lake gleamed like jade. Spirit fish flashed beneath the shadows of lotus leaves.

Finished

A waterfall descended in the lake like a stroke of white paint. Elegant pavilions and layered towers rose within the living picture, a solitary trace of an immortal realm more beautiful than a thousand years of mortal history.

The Omegas lost their voices.

Dr. Quill, who had been monitoring Julian’s physical data beside them, brought everyone good news at that exact moment.

“His psychic sea readings are climbing rapidly. His life is no longer in immediate danger!”

The vision the Omegas witnessed might conceivably have been mistaken.

The instruments were trusted by everyone.

“Awoo!”

The wolf cub stared at Julian, its fluffy tail whipping back and forth in excitement. Then it seemed to remember something.

It opened its mouth again.

“Meow!”

Everyone: “…”

You’re a dog–no, you’re a wolf!
