Chapter 67 The Whitmores Wanted Him Back
**Finished
That was why, even though Helen and Orion’s engagement had only existed in name, and even though Helen’s treatment obligations mostly tied him to Orion’s uncle’s Fourth Legion, the Second and Third Legions had still helped hunt a 25 insectoid for him.
They had done it for one reason.
Too many of their comrades had been hanging by a thread.
They needed the smallest chance to keep those people alive.
Reality had since given them the answer.
A price paid did not always earn a return.
Helen had used their two legions to climb to S-rank.
Now that they had completely fallen out, he would most likely never treat their wounded again.
But Julian was different.
He had made it very clear that he wanted nothing to do with the Whitmore family.
Then why not let the Second and Third Legions become his new backing?
So when Julian finished rubbing Ruin’s fur and looked up, he found Caleb and the others staring at him with eyes that nearly glowed green.
Julian said, “?”
Before he could ask whether something was wrong with them, his wrist terminal rang.
A notice from the Imperial Civil Registry popped up.
“Imperial Civil Registry notice: Citizen Julian Shaw GX-47C-9235-AT, your application for changes to
T personal registry information has been approved. Change details Name: Julian Whitmore-
Julian said, “!”
That afternoon, sunlight poured over a private peninsula estate.
Elias Whitmore and Tristan Whitmore sat back in the latest-model hovercar, passing leisurely through the manor grounds.
“Second Young Master, Young Master Elias, welcome home. Are Young Master Caelan and Lord Helen doing all right?”
They had not even gotten out when Ronald, the Whitmore butler, led the servants forward. Doors opened. Umbrellas lifted. The brothers were escorted toward the house.
“Lord Helen and His Highness have already handled that matter. Caelan feels much better now.

Elias smiled, bright and innocent like a little star.
The servants’ gazes softened immediately.
To them, Elias was the Whitmore family’s only true young master.
No one could replace him.
“Where are Father and Mother?”
Tristan patted Elias on the head before asking the butler.
Ronald’s expression turned awkward.
“Nothing major. It seems the third young master caused trouble outside again. Mr. Whitmore is furious and has ordered people to transfer his registration back so they can process his withdrawal from school.”
Elias paused.
Then he hurried upstairs toward Sebastian Whitmore’s study.
In the study on the second floor, a tall, handsome Alpha stood before the floor-to-ceiling window, reading text on a light screen with a grim expression.
“Must we really send that child back to a fringe colony?” Sylvia Whitmore stood beside him, her beautiful voice soft with an Omega’s natural gentleness. “We didn’t raise him, but he’s still our child.”
Sebastian Whitmore had no intention of listening.
“First he offended the Holt family. Then the Seventh Legion. Now he has offended Lord Helen and Prince Harold as well. If we let him keep making trouble on the capital world, who knows what kind of disaster he’ll bring us?”
The Whitmore family did not belong to Sebastian alone.
At the top was Gerald Whitmore, one of the five council speakers and Sebastian’s father.

Above Sebastian’s branch, there was also the first branch led by his elder brother, Jenkins Whitmore.
If Julian kept offending powerful people on the capital world, the old man and the first branch would nor let Sebastian get away with it.
“But…”
Sylvia had barely spoken when the study door opened.
A familiar figure shot inside like a small cannonball.
“Mom!”
Elias threw himself into Sylvia’s arms.

That playful boldness made Sylvia laugh.
“Why are you still so reckless? What if you fell?”
