Reborn Fake Heiress Watch the Whole Family Burn novel Chapter 120

The logistics supervisor ran over, terrified. Was he going to lose his job? Mr. Sinclair tolerated no mistakes.

Before the manager could speak, Dylan bent down and helped the cleaner up.

"Ma'am, are you alright?" Dylan asked gently.

"No... no problem. I'm sorry, sir! I didn't mean to!" The cleaner apologized profusely.

"It's fine. Just be careful next time. Don't hurt yourself."

Dylan gave instructions and then looked at the logistics supervisor. "Get someone to clean this up quickly. Water is everywhere; someone might slip."

"Yes, yes, I'll do it right away!" The supervisor wiped the sweat from his forehead. That was a close call! He thought his career was over.

Everyone was stunned.

Was this the same Mr. Sinclair?

It was like he was a different person—he seemed to have gained a touch of humanity.

Dylan took the elevator to his long-lost office. The office was the same, but he was no longer the CEO; he was merely a Vice President.

"Mr. Sinclair, welcome back."

Dylan looked at Caleb. "It's been hard on you, staying by my father's side for two years."

"Mr. Sinclair, it was not hard."

"My father sent you here to be my assistant this time presumably to monitor me, right?"

"Yes. The Chairman said to pay close attention to your every move."

Dylan sneered. It seemed his father still didn't trust him. He wanted to control everything. Little did he know, Caleb was someone Dylan had placed by his side long ago. Caleb was already his man.

"It seems I must show some results to reclaim the CEO position. Placing me as VP is just a test."

"Wait, stop over there!" Dylan told Caleb.

"Mr. Sinclair, what are you doing?"

"Buying flowers."

"I'll go. You can stay in the car, sir."

"No, I want to pick them myself!"

Caleb parked the car, and Dylan got out and entered a flower shop. He picked out a bouquet, a happy smile on his face.

Caleb was dumbfounded.

Although he had been working for Xavier, he knew Dylan well.

The old Dylan was icy, ruthless, and never smiled. Since his return, it was as if he had been reborn.
