If these hit the market, they would undoubtedly become massive bestsellers!
It suddenly hit her. Elena had mentioned earlier that Mr. Lawson didn't like her designs, so she had drawn a few new ones on the spot, and he still wasn't satisfied.
It seemed Mr. Lawson really was an idiot who couldn't recognize true talent.
He had absolutely no eye for such exquisite work.
But had Elena Whelan really drawn these?
Elaine's heart raced; it felt far too unbelievable.
Guilty and anxious, she glanced around the room. Seeing that everyone was busy working and no one was paying her any attention, she relaxed slightly.
She quickly hid the three sketches Elena had drawn.
Only after ensuring no one had noticed did she breathe a sigh of relief.
But she still couldn't wrap her head around it. Had Elena really created these?
How could a mere intern draw so phenomenally well?
Without decades of foundational design experience, it was impossible to produce something like this.
Not to mention, she had done it in such a ridiculously short amount of time.
Drawing them on the spot for Mr. Lawson couldn't have taken more than a few hours at most.
Whipping up three flawless design drafts in a matter of hours was simply unheard of.
As for her own sketch, she had agonizingly brainstormed for two solid months just to come up with that one concept.
A bitter, suffocating wave of jealousy washed over Elaine.
Sienna's words echoed in her mind once again.
Sienna had once said that Elena Whelan had incredible potential and would undoubtedly become a phenomenal designer in the future.
At the time, she thought Sienna was just exaggerating. She hadn't expected the Director to genuinely possess such a sharp eye for talent.
She had actually spotted it!
Given the maturity of these sketches, there was no need to wait for the future. Elena's skill level had already left the top designers in the company eating her dust, Claire Whelan included.
The only person who could possibly rival her was probably the legendary Aurora!
She was just an intern, yet she already possessed this level of mastery. How terrifying would she be down the line?
Elaine had dedicated her entire life to studying design, only to produce absolute garbage in comparison.
A short while later, Mira returned with the results.
"Madam, the footage doesn't show Miss Whelan visiting the Crown Hotel."
A flicker of doubt crossed Amber's mind. Had she seen it wrong?
Was it really just someone who looked exactly like Elena, and not actually her?
No, she wouldn't have made that mistake. That woman was definitely Elena!
But the fact that the footage turned up empty left her thoroughly conflicted.
Isabella found her father, Declan Bennett.
She stared at the unfamiliar man standing before her. So this was her father.
"Dad."
"Isabella, you're here. It's been a few years. How have you been?"
"Thank you for asking, Dad. I'm doing well with the Sinclair family. Aunt Amber treats me very well."
"Good. Make sure you help your aunt as much as you can. Whatever she asks of you, you do it. Do you hear me?"
