"Who is that? Whose birthday is it?" A gentle and melodious voice sounded.
Lily froze, feeling puzzled.
The voice sounded familiar. Who was it?
"Come in. Let's talk inside," Hayden invited.
Those words left Lily dumbfounded. Was he being serious? Was Hayden actually welcoming her?
The past few times she visited, Hayden had treated her like a mortal enemy. What changed?
Lily hesitated for a moment before finally deciding to head inside. She was also curious to know who was in the house.
After entering, she came face to face with Christina.
Christina was wearing a white shirt, and her hair was slightly disheveled. It was clear that the shirt belonged to a man.
As Lily continued looking downward, she could see Christina's shapely legs on full display. It was a sight that was impossible to ignore.
Meanwhile, Christina's face carried a faint blush, which added an inexplicable charm to her demeanor.
"W-What are you doing here?" Lily stammered as she stared at Christina, her expression one of shock and disbelief.
What was going on?
"N-Nothing," Christina said as she lowered her head, feigning shyness.
Seeing this, Lily seemed to realize something, and her gaze immediately shifted toward Hayden.
"It's none of your business." Hayden shrugged calmly and smiled.
He sat comfortably on the couch, with one leg crossed over the other, and then gestured at Christina.
She hesitated a little before eventually walking over and sitting beside him. That breathtaking face of hers now carried a hint of bashfulness that made her even more alluring.
Hayden wrapped his arm around Christina's shoulders without hesitation and smiled affectionately. The two exchanged glances, their eyes filled with affection.
"Alright. I understand. Is there anything else?" Hayden asked.
"You're agreeing to attend?" Lily's face was filled with shock, staring dumbly at Hayden.
Was it that easy?
"I just said I understand. I'll think about it." Hayden shrugged lightly, seemingly unbothered.
"Alright. Do consider it. I'll be leaving now!" Lily got up and prepared to leave.
Before leaving, she shot Christina a look, signaling her to meet her outside.
"Can you see her out? I was up all night yesterday, and I want to catch up on some sleep," Hayden said nonchalantly.
"Sure." Christina's face turned an even deeper shade of red. She bit her lip lightly and followed Lily outside.
Outside the building, Lily asked in utter disbelief, "Did you… do it with him?"
